1	I can't maintain erections. The issue is psychological not physical. Something about the situation is scary to you but the problem gets compounded. You lose erection, then you get nervous you’ll lose the next erection then when you get the erevtion, you lose it because you were worried about losing it. And on and on. 2	what do you do if a girl locks eyes and smiles at you? I know everyone is focusing on your non approaching, but I think a better question is 1) why is your marriage shitty and 2) what can you do to get outta that situation? I don't know your situation but I don't see you as "not being man enough to approach", I think you were being smart until you figure out how to get out of your current situation. I've spent today in solitude, listening to Spotify and trying to think about everything that led to me even posting this. I want to thank you for this very detailed post. I've been looking into AA and have found a few groups very near me that I plan to attend tomorrow actually (Wednesday). I've actually gone over some triggers of mine over the last few years.
