In a heterosexual relationship when: The man rejects the woman's sexual advances - "You are not a man! How dare you?" "You don't deserve him girl" The woman rejects the man's sexual advances - "Rapist!"

Avoid soap alltogether - the surfactant isn't gentle enough and can easily irritate skin. Get some proper facial wash for example Cerave. Use moisturiser afterwards and put on sunscreen (SPF30 and up) during the day.

In a way he is already forever guilty in the court of public opinion.

What if men hit women first? :) Are you saying women can't hit back?

This applies to all those seemingly "too lenient" sentences and not guilty verdict. Due process has taken its course, everybody should respect it, also the prosecution has every right to appeal. Justice has no room for the court of public opinion.

Yes and the stereotype/misconception is that men can't be sexually abused/harrassed/raped by women.

It seems suspicious because if they had been trying IVF, he would have already frozen his sperm when he was alive.

You mean hypersexualisation of men, rememer there's also hyposexualisation - certain cohorts eg. Asian men.

Heterosexual sex is generally viewed as something men do to women, not something men and women do together.

Exactly. And the "court of public opinion" should stay out of it.

No. Let's respect the due process.

It's dealt with on a case by case basis. In this similar case in Ireland, the teacher's name was added to the sex offenders' register. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-50253860

To offer a balanced view, some women are pursuing leg-lengthening surgery too, nevertheless men are under greater pressure due to traditional gender norms.

This is cute and sweet yes, but also a slippery slope because it tends to drive people, both men and women, into compulsive validation-seeking behaviours. Compliments are nice but never ever live off external validation.

This link in the comments explains it very well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8NaupJgXNPs This post is not about the parody video, but the discussions it sparked.

The original full unedited video of the incident along with a context would provide more clarity to what really happened there. I'm not jumping into conclusion from a few seconds of sensational imagery.

Worked on a case: A couple was having a fight on the street, there's CCTV and everything. Woman threw the first punch, man then slapped her back. Man received a pea sized bruise on the cheekbone. Woman received palm sized bruise, half a face swollen and a slight concussion. Woman taken to hospital and man taken to police station, arrested and interviewed. Later on, woman received a police caution for the incident and man taken to court and received a fine and two months imprisonment.

Reminds me of the book (and the recent Apple+ TV series) Defending Jacob.

Although it's true that these guidelines were being considered, they have never been put into practice and have since been scrapped by the NHS and not in operation in Ireland.

People tend to become obsequious towards formidable and authoritative figures. It stems from the survival instinct to seek protection from companions.

Something I read from this sub - "The opposite of love isn't hate, it's indifference".

You might want to look into ketogenic diet, great for improving cognitive performance and general health.

Well said. Mother nature is not really testosterone though, love and attraction are extremely complicated brain chemistry that involve oxytocin, dopamine, endorphin etc.
