I've procrastinated long enough that I've said to myself, "I will not lay a hand on a pool cue until I become a healthier me." Pool has because second nature to me, I love the game and I love the strategy. However, before pool, fitness was what I was in love with. I loved to workout and feel the soreness and feel good about keeping in shape.
