2	The “Bad Boy” Wins… But Why? I’ll just give my perspective as a woman: ‘nice guys’ are usually creeps who pretend to be nice to get close to us. We women can smell that hypocrisy, so these nice guys put us off. Or the ‘nice guy’ is a pushover, no one likes spineless people, regardless of gender. I like ‘bad guys’… in books and movies, not in real life. That’s because the villain is usually a more interesting and passionate character than the hero.
