Exactly. The whole point is to not shame people on an individual level. Don't bully people, super simple stuff. Don't make other people feel like shit. As if fat people don't have a hard enough time with mental health already. This doesn't mean being fat should be "normalized". That shouldn't be the end goal either. But you wouldn't go up to a smoker and berate them about the cancer risks. They know, they don't need you to remind them.
