| 6 | It just happenedIt's the worst... I can still see her standing in our kitchen crying saying "this isn't working for me anymore", and " I haven't been happy for a long time". Yet we bought a house together, we were doing good, and even to all our family and friends, it came out of nowhere. I'm a little over 8 months out myself (2 months since the divorce was final) and let me say that the whole ordeal was the single hardest thing I've ever been through. All I've seen so far has been the negative, but this reminded me that before the split last year, the ex had a whole family beach "vacation" planned for us as well. That was my own personal hell.
