Women are described as being more emotional only because anger has been defined as not an emotion. In my experience , men are every bit as emotional as women. It’s just that women are taught from an early age to be more in touch with their emotions, whereas men are taught to suppress everything but anger. (For context, I’m an autistic man. I feel emotions very deeply but am often confused by them and can’t describe them very well.)

Speaking as an middle aged man who’s been with the same woman for nearly 30 years, I’ve cried in front of her (or with her) several times and it never made her lose respect for me. If anything it’s deepened our relationship. If a woman “loses respect” for you if you cry in her presence, then she never saw you as a human being in the first place. If you are with a person with whom you have to bottle up your deepest emotions, that is going to cause damage to one or both of you somewhere down the l…

It’s a made-up statistic from Trust Me Bro University.

Agreed. I’m 52 and lots of the people I work with of all genders are under-30. It’s so nice just being friends with people without awkwardness.

The thing we have to remember about red-pillers and the right in general is that they’re only interested in simple explanations to complex issues. And they’re really wedded to The Narrative. In their minds, women are all the same and anyone who displays nuance or goes against The Narrative must be denigrated. Women who fit their narrow idea of “what a woman is” are inferior to men, so they fit The Narrative. Women who are exceptions aren’t even considered human.

Maybe if some men tried to be genuinely good, kind people with developed personalities and not see themselves as a source of money, then they’d find women who would want to date them? From my own perspective, my wife and I try as much as possible to be equals in our relationship. We earn about the same and contribute the same amount to the household. We don’t have kids and are perfectly happy with each other. She wanted a relationship with be because of me, not because of what money I brought to…

Who are describing these men as “high value”? They are themselves. Who defines this value? They’re only “high value” by their own standards. It’s not society, it’s them. I could make up any old completely bullshit metric, spout on with a microphone on a podcast and self-define as “high value”. How about ask women what they define as high value? Or maybe just be true to yourself and define high value for yourself?

Yes. The red-pill-to-right-wing pipeline is well documented. It comes from a deeply conservative stance. Have you ever seen a redpiller turn more progressive?

And it’s only certain types of animals they compare themselves to when they blather on about “the natural order”. They love to go on about primates having dominant males, but forget the bonobos who are matriarchal. They bang on about lobsters, but conveniently neglect to mention sea horses where the males carry the offspring. And they never mention any species who thrive by cooperating. I love that they always use big strong lions as examples of the biggest and the strongest, but it’s always the…

I’ve got to say, I’ve never had that. My wife and I have gone though periods of one of us being unemployed, so naturally the other one is earning more. Sometimes it’s me, sometimes it’s her. Neither of us care who earns more because we love and support each other. I had a few years from 2016 where the only job I could get was part-time minimum wage in a warehouse. My wife was in a good decent job earning £30K, over twice what I was on. Neither of us cared, because we’d made a vow to each other. …
