Latex allergy is a valid allergy though? I have a latex allergy, so if they say they have one too then it doesn’t affect me at all. It should be reworded to “do you mysteriously have a numb penis when you use protection?” Or something to that effect.

Do you have examples of copypasta openers they use? I’m about to try Hinge for the first time and I want to weed out the LVM. Is it just some standard opener that I’ll notice a lot of guys using over time?

I’m quite shocked how close minded to other sexualities some people in this sub are! Also the fact you were flaired as a pickmeisha just by simply trying to defend and explain your sexuality to someone who quite frankly is still acting wilfully ignorant is pretty gross in 2021. Come on sisters, we can do better than this. She’s saying she doesn’t experience sexual attraction or thoughts of sex AT ALL until a well established bond is formed. How hard is that to grasp? u/43rdaccount if you reworde…

My New Years resolution is all about self care. Hell, I started enforcing it New Year’s Eve. Booked myself a hotel in the city, took myself out to lunches at fancy restaurants and self-dates at museums and art galleries. Would I do it again? Fuck yes. Society needs to normalise solo activities as a woman, instead of instilling fear of being alone. Edit: I understand that some of the things I did aren’t feasible in certain countries. I’m lucky to live in a country where COVID-19 is kept relativel…

I’ve never read that book, do you mind explaining why liking it is a red flag?

I asked a “so-called” male friend why he thought that me being a woman made me more privileged than him, a young white male. He proceeded to tell me that women are being pandered to by society. We get jobs we don’t deserve because companies need to fill a quota of employing a certain amount of women to seem “gender diverse and inclusive”. He also said we have it easy when building families and that women can be stay at home mums and no one thinks twice but when men want to become stay at home da…

Look I see your point of view but arguably a lack of empathy makes him a NVM period. And it’s small things like this that men are allowed to get away with that gives them the confidence to to larger red flag shit because of the lack of respect and boundaries. It’s nowhere near domestic violence levels, however boundaries need to be set from the start before NVM think that they can just walk all over a woman and not value or respect her opinions and wishes

This is actually a really really good idea for safety purposes too. If you put dates, times and locations things happen, you have an in the moment account of what happened if something unfortunate were to occur such as date rape, which let’s face it is one of the many dangers of dating. This can be a useful account if you need to use it to file a police report. I’d actually write down the plans before you go on the date, too. If you’ve spoken to a friend to tell them where you’re going and who y…

What the fuck, they’re all talking about women as though they’re possessions they own rather than a person, or conquests for a quick lay to satisfy an urge regardless of how they feel. I had NO idea there are guys still thinking like this! Also what’s up with the whole “if she’s had multiple partners she a slut” but it’s ok for men to have multiple partners?! I’m hoping this is a minority that act this way! ... goes to show I’m very new to this sub. It’s a scary world we live in

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
