I'm sorry, but how does the way someone talk/type indicate their weight? This sort of comment is a wonderful example of why we as a group get such bad press.

There isn't any anyway if you wash everyday, which lets face it, everyone should! If you're not then well congratulations on having a "clean" penis buddy!

if it's a year and a half old or not, it doesn't really matter. It is heart breaking to see this happen not only to a clearly caring father, but also to completely distraught and terrified children.

They have a contact us page on the website. I strongly suggest that if people on here are as upset about this as they make out that they make use of it. I just did.

The reason why I can't puck out someone on drugs is because I've never mixed in with those circles before, nice and simple, I didn't want anything to do with them so I didn't even bother looking into it. As I've said before, she assured me tg at she was using her own contraception, how was I to know that she wasn't telling the truth? Should I become a mind reader? Or just make out that every woman is a liar and I shouldn't trust them if they tell me they are on some form of birth control? And fi…

And you quite clearly cannot read. As I stated, I had no clue she was a drug user to begin with, I did not willingly knock her up, and she abused that child during those nine months by continuously using drugs. You, I'm afraid are wrong, I am the one doing what I can so that my son grows up in a drug free and loving environment.

Yes I've noticed that from some of the previous comments. Some people just can't be happy can they.

I've said before and I'll say it again, it wasn't luck, it was hard work, determination, and a lot of hours put into it. I should also mention my solicitor was amazing throughout this.

I'm getting that printed out and put on a poster to hang somewhere in my house! Thank you!

Another point I'd like to bring up from my post, I had exactly no idea she was a Heroin addict until after we had slept together, and as I said, I left her directly after finding that out. If you'd also like to know I had a battery of tests run to find out if I had contracted anything from her which I hadn't. Is there anything else I can help you with at all?

I'm making it my point to reply to every comment here, including yours. I agree I can pick them! She was messed up in more ways than I can count, my issue is that I had no reason to not trust her. I don't tend to keep protection on my person all of the time because I'm not pretentious enough to think that I'm going to get lucky when I go out. My class of friends have nothing to do with this, she was a new element to the equation, and I find it's impossible to judge anyone having only known then …

Things don't seem to bad at the moment he's very active, very happy and exceeding most of the markers they have for child progression, so fingers crossed he keeps to it!

Hard work and determination! Everyone kept saying "Good luck Lunarus" I kept telling them that luck had nothing to do with it.

The choice was actually more between myself and the maternal grandmother, due to her being his primary guardian for the first nine months of his life. The mother still has parental responsibility though at a much diminished amount.

The grandmother was his primary guardian for nine months as his mother was deemed unfit, because of this she was given parental responsibility, she became so attached to him that the court basically treated her as the mother rather than the grandmother.

I shan't lie to you, it's been exceptionally difficult. I can quite easily say that I have managed to hit some of my lowest points throughout this, both emotionally and physically. I very almost gave up several times, but something kept driving me forward. I keep a picture of my son and I close by at all times, whenever I felt like things were getting too tough he pushed me on.

I've been upfront and honest with the court right the way throughout. I was honest about my experimentation with cannabis as a teenager, which the court seemed to understand thankfully, so I like to think that they won't have any form of leverage against me in the coming years.

I've actually had a few of these looks and comments already. Before custody was decided I had my son for two days a week on an unsupervised basis. I got to the point where if I went out I'd make sure there was someone else with me, or that I was meeting up with someone. Luckily I have quite a few friends who have young children too.

It's funny you should say that, I did stipulate that any contact that my sons mother has with him is supervised, either by a family member or professional, it really all depends on if she sticks to the court order or not really.

I completely agree, and I shall be looking into it. I don't much care if she pays or not as she's on benefits so what I would see from her would amount to around £7.50 a week.

I think what made things difficult was the fact that she claimed that I wasn't the father, add that to the accusation that I was taking drugs too, and the fact that half way through the court case she checked into a rehab unit. I always knew it wasn't going to be easy, but I said from the begining that I would do anything to make sure my son was placed in the best possible position to have a fantastic life.

I would never ask anyone for any kind of reward or compensation for what I've done. As far as I can see I did what I considered to be right by my son and I will stick to that choice until the day I die.

My child is fine, when he was born he was withdrawing slightly, we have a scale of 1-10 over her for withdrawal, he was a 7 when born and gradually reduced over the few days after apparently. I only found this out after fighting for his medical records in court. He's now nine months old and exceptionally healthy, very bouncy and nothing but smiles =D Both him and I have been very lucky.

Yes I had the paternity test during the court case, and it came back saying that there was a 99.99% chance that I was the father of the child, I think it's very difficult to argue those numbers =D

Thank you kindly! It really goes to show that with a little time and patience things can work out for the best.

Oh trust me I've learnt my lesson, I'll be having as little to do with her as possible. The court ruled that she is to only have contact with my son once a month, and I'm not the one who has to arrange it, it's all to be arranged by the maternal grandmother.

Like Tomb Raider? Bayonetta? Metriod Prime? FFXIII and FFXIII-2? FFX-2? Not to mention the countless amounts of games out there at the moment that allow you to pick your gender.

I just went through a very similar thing, I got the results back today and the child is mine (Horray Parental rights). The one thing that you can do is wait. Once that child is born request a paternaty test, over here in the UK they cost about £50. If she refuses there isn't really much you can do, as everyone else says though, don't sign anything, wait until there is no doubt in your mind either way. If your name isn't on that birth certificate you don't have to pay her a penny. I would agree p…

The service is also popular for the school run. “Parents feel safer. They can track us and check we’ve arrived safely,” says Maggie. So what about male students? Does this mean that not only are the team prejudice against men, but also against the age of the man? It really bugs me how people do this. I think I might go set a male only taxi company in London and see what happens, "Sorry love I can't take you through fear that you might accuse me of rape".

I think its safe to say that most men's rights activists are against such acts. I personally encourage equal rights more than I do men's rights. Don't get me wrong, I'll hold a door open, or fight for a woman to be able to walk around showing her skin, but I would expect the same to be done for me.
