Well, here's where you're wrong, because we can, and we do. Yes, Germany has committed the worst atrocities in the past. So has the UK, so have the USA, so have Belgium and Holland ffs. It is history. If everything that you believe "now" is irrelevant because something you thought or believed in the past went against it, growth is impossible. I used to spend several months a year in the states. I love the country, beautiful landscapes and people but your government is fucking you over big time, and most of you just won't see it because of misguided pride and blind patriotism. If you're rich, the US is a good place to live. If you have to work for a living, it's an absolute nightmare by European standards.
