Actions speak louder than words. Go for the med student, not some guy who doesn't have his life together. Potential is just that. How many times have you heard " so sad, they had so much potential". I don't give ex's second chances either. Go no contact with your ex; block him and move on.

I think that perception is everything honestly. If it looks like a duck; and acts like a duck; it’s a duck. But say a duck changed their ways and and started acting like a lady, did her kegels; and gave a false number - guys can’t tell. Now I am not that duck because I have zero interest in casual sex and understand men will chase sex maybe initially but get attached along the way. But I have seen friends turn it around and their husbands have zero clue who those girls were in their young wild d…

I’m in the south and I date men 5-10 years older than me, because I like men to be older. And who cares if they can date 25 year olds? So can I but I don’t. Milfs are the new thing for young guys, ask me how I know. 🙄. I want no parts of that. The world isn’t suddenly going to run out of available men at some point. I just don’t think it’s fair to put that on someone’s head. Be a good woman, be feminine yet independent, and wait for mr right instead of mr. right now. So many broken marriages com…

I don’t mow a lawn or any of those things. I have lawn service. Worse case you can make a neighbor guy or teen food in exchange for lawn mowing. I don’t have a single girl friend who uses a chain saw . If you feel so inclined to learn all this go ahead but other than finances it’s not necessary.

I think great guys are around in their late 20s / early 30s who want to settle down. Think doctors or people with advanced degrees show are just graduating / finishing residency Ext. My point is don’t rush into something with a time clock over your head settling for Mr. good enough. I don’t believe in the fallacy that all good men are gone by x age. Statistics don’t back it up. Imo late 20s is still young enough. Now 35 is pushing it, if you want kids, get married by then. Time to punch down on …

My only thoughts are it sounds a bit like infatuation. You have nothing but time, so slow down and enjoy getting to know each other. It’s good you got along in person but spend more time vetting him for sure.

Eating healthy and great skincare. I love retinol and peels. Know one can guess my age. And always wear sunscreen to keep your skin young.

I love dresses, flattering blouses with details, well fitted pants and skirts, and girly shoes galore. I always throw on a few Accessories and wear long hair. Keep your clothes flattering and not too loud. Tight enough to show you’re a woman but loose enough to show you’re a lady. Make one asset the center point and cover the rest so it’s not all on display. I always throw at least some foundation on , but I have a ten minute make up routine that’s enough most days. Keep it natural.

The brain is not fully developed until 25. Most people in most cultures are still developing in their 20s whether or not they know it. The younger you get married the more likely you are to divorce. So I would say take it easy and mid to late 20s.

I wouldn’t stress so much. I have been divorced and my Dad or other men help me with things. I do think there are guy things and woman things; and I am very traditional in that sense. If my car is acting weird I ask a guy friend or family member or boyfriend to take a look or a drive. I’ll even have them take it to the mechanic so I don’t get taken advantage of. I’ve never been with a man who knows how to sew in a pinch, remove stains, decorate, or properly entertain. And those I dated that coul…

The relationship always feels the very best at the beginning, before you learn each other’s annoying flaws. If he gives you the crawlys walk away. Nothing else even matters. For perspective my last LTR was similar. I didn’t have the crawlys but he was low key obsessed with me; though a very busy and successful man. I had friend fun with him but continued to get increasingly anxious about him for no real reason. He spoiled me and was a perfect gentleman but because I did not feel how I should hav…

1) you need to vet better. 2) be upfront about your expectations. I will say “I’m not looking for a commitment from you, I don’t even know if I’ll want to take it there but my end game is a ltr” 3) Don’t give the cookie up until he had invested a decent amount of time and dates in you. Not To use him, but to be sure he wants something other than sex. After a few weeks or a month or two most guys in it for sex will move on to something easier. Guys in it for the long haul will stick around and re…

I agree with alternate solutions. I know doing that would run me down for days and I wouldn’t be able to do other things, so I look for win-wins. Teenage boys will do all sorts of things for $10.

You must not have a suburban hoa. We get them for everything, including leaving your trash can out for more than a few hours on trash day! But my neighborhood always looks picture perfect so there is that.
