For me, its not a status thing, i just love cars. While i probably wouldn’t ever own a supercar or anything like that, i would like to own some nice cars to work on and hoon. And my dream house is basically a big garage with living quarters on the side, i have no need for a mansion. I do things because of my personal passions not because of other people.

Hunting has always been an excellent solitary activity for me. Just wear warm clothes in the winter. Small game like squirrel or rabbit are great hunts when you just starting out. Maybe try painting. Watercolor set can be pretty cheap. I recommend just trying anything you are interested in. You’ll find something you love eventually.

Hunting. Hunting is your answer. It gets you into the woods, which is immensely peaceful in its own right, and it takes a lot of thought about learning the patterns of your prey. The pride and accomplishment that comes from successfully learning about and becoming a part of nature is exhilarating. Also the food is a lot healthier than any store bought food you can buy.
