First of all, your explanations are all universal, so well-paying jobs shouldn't differ across cultures. But some countries pay for example teachers way better than other countries. I consider that slightly advanced already, because you need to know what to look for - temperature of the pan, duration of frying and most importantly making sure the yolk stays in one piece. Usually when deciding about the minimum or maximum for some value, you look at the average and variance and then you pick a number that includes enough people.
