It's a huge thing. When I was online dating, I would say that 50% to 60% of guys on them had photos of them holding a dead animal that they killed. I don't think it makes you look like more of a man. I think a real man is kind to animals. Like I said above, I understanding hunting for survival and I eat meat (I am trying to eat less and eventually just stop) but you don't look cool online.

I never swiped right on anyone that was holding a dead animal even if I was attracted to them for other reasons. I go back and forth on hunting. I am not a vegetarian but I have no desire to kill a living thing, even if it is for food. I don't want to watch a chicken be slaughtered before it is eaten. I am trying to eat less meat, because the older I get the more I hate it. I understand hunting for survival. If I was lost in the woods for days, I might get to that point. But to shoot a lion or s…

I understand that. If he brings it up, then it’s fair game. I just know how I would react to that situation. Most likely he already knows...

Just because someone is overweight, it doesn't necessarily unhealthy. He could have medical conditions that cause it. But you are just dating, not official so honestly, it isn't really your place. You could casually suggest something like, hey want to go for a walk with me on Saturday? Or, would you like to try this salad, it is really good! If it were my boyfriend of a decent time, or family and they brought it up because they are worried that is one thing. But if a guy that I liked (and was ca…

Agreed, that way you can just have some fun together without awkward coffee talk. I don’t like coffee dates, personally I find them weird. I would rather be active and having fun while talking than staring at a latte the whole time.

This is how I text too. When I match with someone and they do it too, it makes me happy. I’ve said “he’s nice, he’s cute and he texts like me”

If it makes you feel any better it’s just as difficult on both of those sites even if you’re not a virgin. Just be yourself, post several recent photos of yourself and be confident. Virginity is no big deal. Also try Okcupid 😊. I have the most luck there.

You’re right, that’s why I said most girls. Some girls would totally love to see your fish.

Nope, it’s the truth. I could care less if you caught a bass the size of a baseball bat.

Female here - most women don’t want to see you holding a fish that you just caught, or you in pics with other women (mostly if the woman is being displayed as a sexual object) and we also don’t care how big your truck is. We want to know who YOU are. A clear photo and a bio about things you like😊

It’s definitely a powerful tool! I was on a date with a guy and I wanted him to know I was feeling him without saying it - so while we were facing each other at a bar, i put my leg in between both of his. He put his hand on my knee and looked at me for approval and all I had to do was smile. We had a great time!

I always say the same thing but I am chickenshit in real life. I don’t think I’m pretty and I’m overweight so I always fear face to face rejection. Online dating is hard and you have to deal with a lot of shit. But there are decent people out there.

I find that if I take a pic while holding my phone at an angle above my head, it takes a nice pic. Shows my cleavage and face without being too much!

Okcupid isn’t terrible but all the sites are basically the same. Tinder is just for sex tho..

No, I’m sorry. If you’re not married by now, you have no chance. 😂

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
