Agreed. While on the one hand it would be really fun to plate a hot young girl in her early-mid 20's, mutually assured destruction adds a layer of security. After all, isn't in the young single girl's best interest to try to pry you away from your wife? Perhaps the best way to go is to find young women who married their high school/college sweethearts and are bored and looking for an outlet.

Coffee shops. The team I work with works remote often, so at least once a week I'll hit up a coffee shop. Sometimes I wear my ring, sometimes I don't. Make it a goal to approach one girl per visit. I also will sit at a bar by myself with a book sometimes, or arrange to meet a friend for dinner or drinks and arrive early to sit at the bar. Day Bang by Roosh has a lot of tips for approaching women in casual venues such as coffee shops, grocery stores etc.

Simple advice I'd give anyone looking to avoid overeating and implement good eating habits: Healthy fats are your friend. They provide your body vital nutrients, don't spike blood sugar, and keep you full for longer. Ever see anyone still hungry after taking down an 8oz ribeye? Eliminate all added sugars and flours. No cookies, chips, crackers, snacks, etc. These all spike your blood sugar temporarily, but will leave you hungry later. Eat real foods, not manufactured crap. A good rule of thumb, …

don't fully agree with the whole "take advantage" wording she used I agree. The way I see it, TRP is more about surviving and living a happy, fulfilled life in the system without walking away from it.

over 6 feet tall As a shorter guy, so I get the height frustration. However, it's futile getting worked up over something you have no control over. Spend enough time lifting, adopting alpha posture, learning a martial art, and demonstrating confidence, and your height won't matter. Do you think really girls are going to turn down Tom Cruise because he's short? Nonsense.

I've found that my caliper measurements run ~2% over the Navy method. I like the Navy method it's simple and requires two basic measurements, whereas I never know if I'm doing the calipers right.

Background: 31, married 9 months, discovered TRP 7 months ago. I think that naturally I am a lesser alpha, although I sedated my personality to fit in and play it safe since adolescence. I also let my own personal fears and insecurities get in the way of taking risks and being myself. The biggest part of my TRP improvement journey has been to conquer these insecurities and realize my full potential. It's been a fun ride so far. Major updates from the last two weeks: Positives Physical: Hit 15% B…

I've struggled all my life with dodgy bowels, bad stomach, diarreah once/twice a week. What is your diet like? Processed foods and junk foods can often have that affect. I'm not on the gluten free hype train, but some people are more sensitive to it than others. My GI issues disappeared when I started taking a probiotic supplement and cut out the crappy foods from my diet. I used to feel bloaty and gassy pretty consistently, but those problems disappeared

if you're doing cold approaches, just the fact that you have the guts to go up to a strange gives you an instant SMV boost. Great point... didn't think of it that way before. So when I cold approach a girl at a coffee shop or similar venue, it displays Alpha and high SMV because your average BP/Beta guy doesn't have the stones to do that.

Go in with the mindset that I am going to open, learn something about this person, and just enjoy the interaction Good feedback. I think I've been trying to run Roosh's "Day Bang" script a little too much to the point where I'm not being natural. My new goal is to focus less on the pick up and more on just enjoying the interaction.

Until you have a real chance to f close a chick, telling yourself you wont cheat is bullshit. Because its not wont cheat, its cant cheat. Very well said. It's easy to brag about being faithful when you haven't approached girls or had an option. It's a different thing to have options and turn them down.

Background: 31, married 9 months. Acted as a Beta through most of my life, but I unleashed the Alpha after discovering TRP. The last ~7 months since discovering have been really awakening. My biggest victories have been to conquer those fears and challenge myself to get outside of my comfort zone and take mor…

Alcohol and poor diet choices while drinking are not my friends. I need to step off this slippery slope, like now. I've been there myself. Accept the backslide and stop it. Drinking affects your weight. Last weekend I had a late night out with the friends, and when I hit the gym scale I was 4lbs heavier than I was 2 days ago. 2 days later was back to normal. All that alcohol causes your body to retain water, makes you bloaty and ups your weight.

Carbs is an umbrella term that includes everything from chips, cookies, bread to vegetables. Simple rule of thumb: avoid anything made flour or added sugar. Eat your fruits, green veggies, root veggies and legumes. Stay away from breads, cereals, sugars, etc.

This is what irks me most. Since finding TRP, I've come to accept the fact that my wife is definitely capable of cheating on me or leaving me if she so chooses. She can just decide that she's not happy and move on or whatever. If that happens, it will be accepted by society. However if I were to do the same thing, I'd be chastised. Gotta love the double standard.

Yeah, that's it. A man is his own judge and can drink whichever beer he chooses. I totally get that people enjoy IPA's, I just don't enjoy the beer evangelizing and the snooty attitude. I'll happily drink my shitty High Life.

Great post. This was one of the first things I internalized with TRP... just own up to the fact that you're checking the girl out and be confident about it. and a six pack of overpriced “craft” beer manufactured by Budwiser under a different label This had me rolling. 1. Health, Fitness, Diet I'm 2 weeks into my new nutrition and diet plan. I had been slipping over the last few months, which resulted in an unintentional bulk. BF is between 16-19% depending on measurement method. I ate and drank too much over the weekend which set me back, but I still managed to stay below my TDEE number each day. SL 5x5 is progressing well and I'm loving the program. Squat, bench and dead lifts are all over my body weight, and I've been impressed with how quickly the program …

As an aside there’s a point to note here for all the guys who think you need to control a woman’s contact with her ex: you’re idiots. You can’t control people’s behaviour. But by trying to control it you project epic insecurity. Solid point. If your LTR is going to cheat, she's going to cheat. AWALT dictates that all women are capable of such behavior. No amount of insecure mate guarding is going to change that.

Good start in getting your BMR done. Here's what I recommend... TDEE = BMR x 1.2 (sedentary/desk job) = 2400 cals. This is what what you consume to maintain weight. 1 lb fat = 3500 calories. To lose 1lb per week, target a 500 calorie deficit per day. 2400 - 1900 cals. You can also go for 2 lbs per week, but any more than that isn't healthy and can mess with your metabolism. Add calories on workout days (if you're doing intense workouts). I recommend doing your lifts with a heart rate monitor to …

TRP isn't just something that you "master" by reading the side bar and a few posts. It's something you must internalize and implement with your own life. What I've come to realize is the longer I spend on TRP, the more I realize I still need to learn and actualize.

Home: Wife was super affectionate all week (because she'd made out with a dude during a business trip and she felt guilty). This stuck out like a sore thumb. I don't know what your current situation is, but that should be absolutely unacceptable unless you're in an open marriage. Bad behavior needs to have consequences or it will continue. Also, is making out the trickle truth? Trust, but verify. Right now, her behavior means she loses the benefit of the doubt RE trust.

I've been doing a combination of Muy Thai/Boxing/Jiu Jitsu for a number of years so thankfully I'm not struggling to workout. That's awesome, but you still need to lift. I don't need to expand upon how awesome those martial arts are, but lifting helps you build strength, muscle, and confidence as well. I've got the best gains of my life by doing both.

Diet; Doing horrible... If you're cutting calories, then healthy fats are your friend. They are rich in nutrients and keep you full for longer. Nuts, avocados, olive oil, grass-fed butter, pastured meats. Replace sugars and refined carbs with healthy fats and healthy carbs (veggies, sweet potatoes, beans, etc.).

Insecurities/Fears: Getting rid of my neediness has really helped with my insecurities. The opportunity to be away on my own cemented OI and abundance mentality for me and allowed me some needed time alone with my thoughts. I highly recommend a trip alone... this worked wonders for me. It's fun to be in a situation where you're forced to socialize with and open strangers.

I'm down 9lbs to 275lbs. I have 90lbs to go for my first threshold on weight loss. I was really confused as I only lost 2lbs this week eating ~1500 calories a day You need more calories, that's an aggressive cut. Talk to your nutritionist about getting a RMR (resting metabolic rate) test done. I stalled out on my plan because I drastically underestimated my caloric needs.

It's been a few weeks since my last post... so here goes. 1. Health, Fitness & Diet: Big progress here--I had been stagnating here for a while and made some adjustments. I had a DEXA scan and RMR test done to get an accurate picture of my body composition and to figure out my exact calorie needs. The results were telling: I put on 4 lbs of muscle over the past 4 months, and my bone density increased. However I also gained 2.5 lbs of body fat, roughly 1 lb of which was around the belly. Ouch. Make sure you're getting enough healthy fats. I've found that I can only pull off fasting if I'm eating a relatively high-fat diet. Grass-fed butter, pastured meats, avocados, full-fat yogurt etc. should be staples of your diet. I usually skip breakfast, have a moderate lunch, then pre-workout snack (protein shake and a banana w/ peanut butter is my go-to). I'll then have a big meal right after my workout to make sure I hit my macros.

Last I got was she needed time to think. I'm focusing on why she left me since she can't really give me a truthful answer... am I wasting my time trying to get it out of her? All she said was "I'm not happy" Either she branch-swung, or she lost attraction to you and wants to be single to explore other options. You have oneitis. I'm married and my gaming thus far has been constrained to "catch and release," and my experience mirrors yours as well. Work out, get the hard body, throw in frame/confidence and minimal game to the mix, and you're outperforming your average 25 year old Chad. Since cutting 10lbs of body fat, I've been amazed how many girls think I'm in my mid-late 20's (I'm 31) when approaching at bars.

When I meet most girls, they guess my age as 27. All that exercise, eating right, etc, paid off. Then, they get to know me, find out my real age, and by then they like me already, and they accept the gap. This is key. Attracting younger girls with status and money makes you BB. Don't do this. The key is to lift, eat right, and make yourself attractive and present yourself as AF... Chad. Do you really think that some high-status 23 year old white girl wouldn't jump on George Clooney or Tom Cruise…

I think that realistically there is only so much that you can do, however from what I have observed, well-raised girls from stable, traditional families seem to be much less likely to jump on a CC ride and are better suited to be a good marriage partner. Mom also has just as much to do with this as dad. Her marriage is going to largely mirror yours. any deal in which one party can withdraw what they bring to the table (sex, companionship, and maybe some light housekeeping) while the other party remains bound to their obligations is a shit deal Solid analogy here. If you are stupid enough to give a woman the Ring of Power and she uses it against you, you have only yourself to blame. I generally agree here, however there are a lot of men who did not discover TRP until after getting married.

By "vulnerable," Manson really means non-needy and not afraid to assert yourself, interests or personality. E.g. not being afraid to say something polarizing. This doesn't run counter to TRP. What Manson does NOT mean by vulnerable is to over share yourself etc.

not sure what you mean by this; but generally "calling someone out" is not passing a shit test I cut her off and tell her that her tone is unacceptable. Don't hate it, use it as a useful tool. Use it to screen women who you're considering plating (or LTRing). You can learn a lot about her by what she's posting on Instagram. For example, if she posts pictures of her with her friends, of interesting things she sees, her family, etc., then that is a good sign. Most of all work HARDER on being attractive. This sums it all up. TRP teaches us that attraction is hardwired in the hind-brain and is not negotiable. Thus, as men we need to focus on being attractive: stoic, muscular, confident, alpha. However the caveat is to do this for you, not any specific girl. Great post. TLDR, if your LTR breaks up with you, she's not attracted to you anymore and either: A. Already has new dick lined up and is about to branch swing, or... B. Wants to be single and available for new dick In the case of outcome B, she may even come crawling back to you months later (especially if she's approaching the wall and is unable to find a better option on the market). Great post. One of my biggest TRP turning points was to fully recognize that women WANT to be sexual, and that it is good for me to be sexual as an attractive, confident man. So many years of BP programming had me being friendly with women, afraid to joke/flirt/touch for fear of being labeled as creepy, etc. I can think of a handful of women from high school through my early 20's who in hindsight were basically throwing themselves at me but old school BP me was afraid to make a move. Agree, though variety is key. Sometimes, lovey dovey sex is the way to go. Other times, you need to pick her up, throw her in bed and go to pound town like an animal. Be sure to switch things up and keep them interesting.

This hasn't been my experience. When a girl is wrapped around your finger, she's generally uninterested in casually seeing new people. Agree, but remember, AWALT and hypergamy means that they can always branch swing. If the girl is in love with you and attracted to you, then she likely will not be interested in casual sex elsewhere. I'm not sure what your overall marriage situation is like, but I'd say resist the urge to cheat. It's tough when you're not satisfied at home and your SMV improvements are beginning to result in interest from other women. Usually they will pick up on it first before your wife. An issue I have struggled with is that I am physically attractive, confident, and fun, but have had a weak frame at home with the wife for years. The way I see it, entitlement means one sees oneself as the prize without actually putting in any of the required prerequisite work to be the prize. Continually working hard to self-improve and be the best possible version of yourself enables you to be the prize. However being the prize comes with a lot of hard work that most average men aren't willing to invest.

Maintaining the abundance mentality in an LTR is much more difficult, because by default you're committed to one woman. Playing "catch and release" is really the only way to maintain this mentality. If you're gaming girls regularly, and know that should your LTR leave that you can find a suitable replacement quickly, you'll be much more confident and in a better place in your LTR. It's only shady if you start actually cheating on your LTR... but remember TRP isn't about morality.

This is the right way to look at it. It's not setting boundaries for what she can do... it's setting boundaries for what you will accept. You're not telling her she can't go out for a GNO. That is beta and mate guarding. You are setting a boundary for yourself that you don't want to commit to a girl who insists upon having frequent GNOs. Or you can and not care. It's your choice. It's all about what YOU will accept, not telling her what to do.

The reason I'm stuck on the potential cheating is that finding proof makes the hard decision for me. If I have a confession or hard evidence that it 100% happened, then I can immediately end things with full justification. I understand how much this rationale an excuse/cop out for not making a hard decision on my own. I have to ac…

Very well said, and totally agree. A high value woman will want to verify whether the Don Juan who picks her up isn't some faux-alpha who memorized some PUA techniques. You play the cards you're dealt in life. Do you lift? Do you maximize your looks? If not, get on that shit ASAP. Lifting is important, but even more so if you are short. It means being hungry. If you're doing your diet right, then this isn't necessarily true. The biggest adjustment is getting used to eating to the point of being sated, not full. There is a big difference there. Full = ate too much. If you're eating a diet high in protein and healthy fats while low in carbs, you can cut back calories and still remain sated.

I have a coworker in his early 20's who dates girls in college around 20-21. He has found some real LTR-quality women doing this. Usually they're from more traditional families, and are too busy/serious for the party scene. Just make sure you're not going after the party girls. Even if they're not CC riders themselves, chances are they have bad influence/CC girlfriends. CC girlfriends are the fucking worst and often will try to turn your g/f against you during a time of weakness. Misery loves co…

When things get hard with her husband, even if he's a good man who tries his best, even if he's Alpha aware, Red Pill aware, and tries to make the right decisions for his family, the specter of Chad remains... and with it, the idea that she made the wrong decision; that she partnered up with a pussy, that had she been able to snag a guy whom only showed her his real self top shelf Game, that she'd be happy. In Athol's MMSLP, he wrote something along the lines of how past promiscuity is more likely to lead to future infidelity. If she's ridden the CC, she's lost her ability to pair bond with her husband, and is much more likely to branch swing when she one day mysteriously realizes that she's "unhappy." We shouldn't reward these reformed "quality women" by giving them our commitment.

Experiment with drop sets. I'm not an expert, but was able to surpass a plateau by incorporating these. Basically, do a low amount of 8 reps with a heavy weight, then drop ~30% and immediately do a high-rep set with no rest after the first. I won't go into specific rep counts (it's been a while since I've done these), but do some googling and you'll find guides.

Good post; eye contact is generally a good sign of how confident an individual is. Spot on. I don't think a lot of people don't realize that simply making direct eye contact in conversation greatly boosts your perceived confidence and SMV. If you're going out and meeting girls in bars/clubs (like most people do). You're running into girl 1 more often than not. This. Look, it's certainly possible to meet LTR-quality girls at a bar. However odds are that if you take home some girl from a bar to bang her, then she has probably done the same with other guys in the past. Rollo wrote a great post on this topic on the Rational Male, Girl's Night Out. Read, and internalize. Let her enjoy her GNO, and do not act phased or jealous that she is doing so. As an aside, a buddy of mine had a LTR who liked to enjoy GNO's with her single friends. Great post. I think that a lot of people in this sub tend to interpret AWALT very literally and think it means that all women will behave in the same way. YMCA's are usually a solid go-to and are in most major U.S. cities. Most have solid facilities with all the equipment that you need to do the major lifts. If you're a member, you can usually use another branch for no guest charge.

Great post. There's so much talk about lifting on this sub, but not nearly as much attention given to nutrition. Arnold Schwarzenegger had a saying in one of his books, that "abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym." A lifting routine is pointless without proper eating habits. This rings so true. Lifting will go nowhere with poor nutrition. Your body needs nutrients to build muscle, burn fat and function at a high level.

PS: Never date a girl that has lived alone with other girls, I guarantee you she had a slut phase, living without a figure of authority around is not easy for girls they WILL do some slutty shit. That's an over generalization. Any girl who has gone to college has lived with other girls... so basically you're saying that any girl who has ever gone to college or lived in a big city with roommates has ridden the CC.

Blue pilled men will talk about how in high school they were fit and they were the lady's man but now they got a beer belly and dad bod going on at the tender age of 24. It drives me nuts to see friends of mine that were once fit slide into mediocrity and fatten up when they enter an LTR. I'd rather be the guy that struck out with the ladies at age 20, but cleans up at age 30.

Final word – although living with a female roommate is often hard, it offers a good insight in female nature. Great post, and I couldn't agree more. I lived with a female roommate for roughly 3 years. I wasn't RP-aware back then, but in hindsight TRP explains all of her behavior and moods.

I wouldn't worry too much. You said yourself that you chose to LTR and marry her despite the high n-count. At this point all you can do is be the best man you can be for yourself. A high n-count doesn't guarantee she'll cheat, it's just an indicator that makes it more likely. Just make sure you're not slipping into Beta behavior, and keep channeling TRP to self improve. It's the only thing you can do. If she cheats, she cheats and you move on. You probably have less margin for error with a high …

Pro-tip: don't ask, assert and just state that the two of you will do something, but make it something she likes. Example: "Let's go get dinner/drinks at [restaurant she likes]. Meet me there at 7." This is a win-win because you're showing dominance, but the activity that you're making happen is something that she will enjoy as well. I use this tactic on my wife all the time.

Takeaway for single men here: don't enter an LTR until you're ready. If you're not getting laid, focus on improving yourself for YOU, and the women will come. Do not enter an LTR until you've been able to experience the abundance mentality and spin plates for yourself. Doing so prevents the situation that OP describes.

Women absolutely love sex. But they love commitment and social status more. They also want to get the most return on anything they do and they understand sex is valuable. So, yes they enjoy riding Chad and to some degree she'll use that to hamster the situation when Chad promptly dumps her. But she hurts that she can't get it. Even if she doesn't want the commitment it hurts that she can't get it. She's wired to want it. Spot on. Women enjoy sex, and want to have lots of it. However what they re…

I'd go so far as to say that the current setup doesn't work well for women either. Sure, the constraints are gone so that they are more free to act upon their hypergamic biological programming, but I argue that it has made them no happier or successful in the long run. Let me put it this way, have you ever met a woman in a healthy LTR with a strong, dominant man who is depressed, anxious, or has emotional problems? I personally haven't seen too many. The happiest women I see are in committed LTR…

I had that happen once in a bar with my LTR when we were about a month in. Some dude came up and tried to dance with her. Recognizing what was going down, I pulled her in closer to me. Obesity should be considered no different than smoking. In fact, some studies have shown that the health risks of obesity are worse than those of drinking, smoking or poverty. We don't shame smokers, but there certainly isn't a smokers acceptance movement. Smoking is now considered a stigma, yet we have to accept fat people? I'm not for fat shaming, but these people need to be encouraged to lose weight. In theory, if we tax cigarettes due to the health hazards and to discourage smoking, shouldn'…

Good post. The challenge is that TRP is a framework to digest, and there is a lot of material to digest in order to make it click. We must understand TRP theory, then adopt it to our lifestyles. Many RP guys stop going to the gym between 3 and 6 months of starting (I know because I have been there). It needs advanced discipline that does not come easy to many folks. I think the biggest takeaway from TRP in a marriage/LTR concept is that as men, we must value ourselves and see ourselves as the prize. If we are stuck in a LTR that doesn't make is happy for a variety of reasons (lack of sex, henpecking, etc.), then we must improve ourselves to either the point of (A) changing the LTR dynamic to positive, or (B) exiting and having the value and confidence to do so successfully. Unless there are some fundamental flaws in your LTR, I wouldn't advise ending things just yet just because you discovered TRP. Let TRP sink in for a bit (I'm not sure how long you've been unplugged for). A less aggressive course of action is to state that you want to put the wedding on hold. If the LTR truly is great, then don't be so quick to throw it away.

Also: you may actually be pausing too long. Enough so to make people think you're done Valid point... will definitely look to me mindful of this.

I couldn't agree more. At first glance TRP seems like a pretty straight forward and simple theory to swallow... act more alpha + go talk to girls = success. People in general have a tendency to oversimplify concepts such as this. It is much easier to understand the complexities of life in absolutes. For example under this interpretation, AWALT means that all women go off to ride the CC and if you act too beta will immediately leave you for Chad or the aforementioned CC. However in reality TRP is…

I couldn't agree more, and this is something I've struggled with since becoming RP-aware in my marriage. It can be tough distinguishing between the two. Too much alpha and too much dread can have the effect of pushing your girl away, especially if you're making a rapid transition from Beta to Alpha at home.

might be better to start with a "softer" intro like NMMNG, which I think strikes a chord with a lot of guys without seeming over the top This. Also throw in The Rational Male books/blog as a next step after NMMNG.

Yes, wives and LTRs can and are capable of cheating/leaving (AWALT), but not all do. My understanding of RP theory is that continued self improvement and increasing SMV are effective against these hypergamic tendencies at bay but can never eliminate them entirely. The point of the last statement was to show that allowing yourself to coast/decline is a recipe for being cheated on/dumped... not that self-improvement is a cure-all against it.

Stretching is valuable, but more so especially post workout. Foam rolling is huge too. Especially after big leg workouts, a good foam roll helps with the soreness and recovery in subsequent days.

There is no coasting in life--you're either improving or declining. The moment you stop pushing your comfort zone and stop improving is when the slow decline begins. That slow, stagnating decline is especially insidious because you don't feel it on a day-to-day basis... then one day it will hit you in the face. It's why men are shocked when they find their wives/LTRs cheating or leaving them. They perceive things being comfortable, when in reality the end result was months/years in the making.

I once received a great piece of advice from a career mentor regarding work meetings that extends to all facets of life. When you're talking, you are providing information. When you're silent and listening to others, you are gathering information. It's important to confidently speak when you are purposefully communicating information with intention. However, learning to STFU, listen and gather information is a very valuable skill. Don't talk just for the sake of talking.

Thanks for the advice all. Since the original post, I've been focusing on the reading materials and outlining tangible, specific areas self improvement. The sex has come back once I became re-engaged in the marriage and started showing leadership at home... we've gone 3 times in the last 5 days which is a huge improvement. My nuclear dread, albeit a bit aggressive and unplanned, actually worked once I checked back into the marriage and stopped being withdrawn so much. I also had some fun testing…

I get that. It's not really a morality issue for me, and I don't want to totally remove it from the tool box... I just see it as the tool of last resort. My biggest concern with it is getting caught and having the trajectory change from a semi-amicable, "we tried and couldn't make it work divorce" to one where she's going for the jugular in court because I cheated. This is why MRP is "hard mode" because a committed man is a self-limited man. Truth. This shit sounds so much easier if you're singl…

I mean, I technically could... but an affair is a slippery slope. There is always a possibility I get caught, which will really screw me in divorce court if it goes that way.

Sounds like you both settled for each other. I think that you're right. The big question is whether it's worth salvaging or not. I honestly can't answer that yet.

Agree. Path forward is continuing self improvement and learning game. Keep options open in the event that this marriage doesn't work. Show leadership at home to at least give it a chance to work. new pussy didnt make him happy, good luck though, youve been warned Yeah, and it likely won't make me happy either aside from the initial rush. Pussy, whether from wife or other girl(s) should be the complement to my life and not the focus of it.

Ok, this is all making more sense, and I think you're spot-on with the leadership and frame assessment. An absentee Captain is just as bad as a pushover Beta Captain... they're both not captaining the damn ship and not showing leadership. My doubts caused me to withdraw and check out of the marriage... and stop leading. Lack of leadership = no attraction. Why would she want to have sex with me if I show no interest in leading our marriage. I think this explains why dread backfires and leads to a…

To clarify, by "ejecting" I mean exiting the marriage... not ejaculating prematurely.

Interesting, will definitely take a look. That's what my big worry is... ejecting prematurely and/or cheating, then finding out it didn't make me any happier after all.

Focus 100% on improving myself while spinning plates on the side for fun. I crave the experience that I could have enjoyed in my 20's pre-marriage, but didn't take advantage of due to my old Blue Pill programming.

Getting IOI from other women is not a gauge of your attractiveness. Interesting... what you're saying is that the only gauge of my attraction (at least from my wife's frame of reference) is my frame and leadership within the marriage? If that's the case, then I think my "exterior frame" (e.g. the one that the other girls see) is strong, but that perhaps I am still being too beta within the context of my marriage. keep lifting. Roger that. I lift 3 times weekly and can bench and squat 140% of bod…
