someday you will realize that there are ideas behind the words that mean more than getting laid and proving your machismo. It seems the person you are trying to convince is yourself.

Old as in the old bull young bull story. If you have not heard it: An old bull and a young bull were standing on a hill looking down at some cows. "Hey!" the young bull says, "Let's run down there and fuck one of those cows!" "No, " the old bull replies, "Let's walk down there and fuck all those cows."

Some of the replies to my post show the attitude you speak of. "All I want is a bitch to suck my dick on command!" Really? Aim high there, sport.

This. I want to add that is not just society that will hold you responsible, you should hold yourself responsible.

And that is great for you. I am not saying that a LTR is a requirement, but denying that it fills part of us is insane. Men can desire a family as much as women, and being a leader and seeing your family succeed is rewarding. Some people don't like ships, they prefer speedboats, to each his own.

If that is what floats your boat, awesome. Some of us are man enough to not require our ego be stroked constantly.

I am a miserable loser who hates his job and pretty much all aspects of his existence And yet you refuse to see the world as it is, instead you get angry a those who are tyring to tell you the truth. What did you wash that blue pill down with?

I fully expect people who know nothing abut the real advice dispensed on this site to come and bash it. The sad fact that needs to be constantly repeated is that if he had come here and accepted what is written, he would have lost the anger and feelings of inadequacy that drove him to what he did. He railed against the world without understanding how the word really works. He was angry that his idealized, white-knight-wins dreams didnt come true.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
