Is that a typical trend among men in same age group? I don't think so. What I described is more accurate representation of young women than what you did. Just think about it. Expensive cars amd gold chains are not accessible items but unnecessarily luxury holidays, cloths, makeup, jewelry I would say are more reachable.

For big corps it's good to have strong independent women without kids selling them their expensive unnecessary products as lifestyle. Single young women spend most of their income on expensive lifestyle. It's vital for them to sell them this image as long as possible. For renting agencies it's better to offer expensive single room appartment to strong, opinionated independent woman than a married wife with mortgage. Expensive luxury travel? Expensive hairdresser? and the list is so long.. This p…

My line of reasoning on this is simple. Free market defines the pay. If I objectively one has more skills he potentially can bring more value to company. Same education is not necessarily a reason for same wage. Same years of experience counted in years is not same. So how do you identify pay gap is the real question. Many IT jobs are dominated by men. Yes women are present and paid less. But men spent extra months of their free time to learn about new tech as theirs hobby. Fair deal? Yes, no? H…

You shorter by 0.1 inch than me? No game for you, dwarf. Short or fat shame, no difference on my books.

Write a honest review for that bar in 1-2 months from now. Don't use a personal account.

Hmm, funnily enough I started to see too many female anf LGB+ streamers when searching for particular game. So someone already adjusted the gears somewhere and got a bonus. 🤣

Government is not some evil separate entity. Government is us. We do deserve better and have to confront local politicians and government workers to improve their services.

Off topic. But regarding the pay gap in tech. Best guys have tech and related hobbies for years, even before the university. Create and invest a lot of personal time for fun. But the invested time means higher productivity for company hence higher value and pay. I still don't understand why people don't want to acknowledge this fact.

There always will be a pay gap. We can talk about base pay to be the same. Sure enough. Consider following typical situation. Two fresh out of uni candidates - man and woman Man the tech affinity before, maybe as a hobby, spent a lot of time on personal projects to learn new tech.bCS degree. Woman much better GPA than man, CS degree, various non tech hobbies. From the view of any businessman. Whom are you willing to pay more? Who will be trusted with more work?

This all is about gaming the system for opportunities. If people realize they are not enough qualified for a job but they have good manipulative skills, they will use it to set themselves for success be it now or in future. Fight fire with fire.

Well if any company announces this, they should face consequences. Write a honest glassdoor review so people know.

This statement may be true when taking into account all age groups. Otherwise i would say the difference is not even 1% more in favor of women. They just got extremely selective. They or it's nature's intention. 🤣

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
