Pre nups are crap. They can and will be thrown out on a whim. There's not a pre nup that exists that can't be thrown out for one reason or another no matter how ironclad it may seem. It's up to the judge's discretion and he can come up with any reasoning he wants to justify it

Sounds a bit to me like you are using the letter of the law to bludgeon the spirit of the law to death if you ask me. Edit: we made a law saying no killing BECAUSE it's both morally and ethically wrong to kill an innocent person. Not the other way around.

There's a cartoon on Netflix called bigmouth. It's about teenagers going through puberty and all the problems and embarrassments associated with it. What do you do then in the event of a major war? Selective service is a necessary evil to ensure your society won't get wiped out. Plus let's say they do get rid of it right? That's only hiding the issue because if a major war does break out and the government needs to raise an army quickly, they aren't just going to sit on their thumbs and be taken over. The white death was actually a finnish man. The most deadly sniper in history, during the winter war between Finland and Soviet Russia. He scared the Russians so much they just started calling in artillery on any place they just thought he might be. Prenups are toilet paper. They can be thrown out just on the basis the judge "feels" that it wasn't fair to the woman. You think of a scenario where it could be tossed and it has already happened. Tell her you won't marry her without one? That's grounds to throw it out. Not enough time passed between signing it and the wedding? Tossed. She "feels" pressured? Nope.
