IT'S YOUR HOUSE, FILM WHATEVER YOU PLEASE. If the cams are obvious enough she cannot complain. Just claim they are in case of robberies and on 24/7.

He should use lethal force to defend himself against sexual assualt. Sue for a plethora of violations of law and human rights. I would sue for only pressing charges on him, but he might not want to put his girlfriend at risk. His dad should just get a CCW and follow him everywhere and if anyone tries to molest his child just put them down. It would be pretty fucking justified. That kid should also figure out if he can carry a knife at his age. Remember kids, police are not exempt from the law, l…

Of course they would, it is their job to do so after someone claims something like that. But even witout the video they would have realized that she was bullshitting pretty fast.

Not in the courtroom there wouldn't. His protection is the fact that she only has her word.

What are you talking about? Then followed by a lot of "could". Yes by the letter of the law a lot of things "could" happen. We're talking about practice not theory. That is the argument I was mentioning. You clearly have given up on even trying now, so have a nice day.

They may be much quicker to believe her, but nobody will get convicted from just someones word, ever. It does not depend on the state, you can FOIA anything, the method just depends. For example recent FOI requests I have done. Went to the police station and requesting anything on file referencing my name. Requested the entire infrastructure budget for my city. They have to do this for me, it is law. The could argument you made is just absolute dreck, and you should feel bad about it. I am sayin…

I am not saying there are no instances, I am also not saying that meteors don't hit earth and make craters. It is rare, and you should act as though it is. Just because she is a woman does not mean her story would hold any more weight in court than his. You have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, and if you get a non-autistic jury they will realize she has no evidence except for her word. He could also FOIA any government cameras that saw this for evidence, and ask businesses for video footage.…

You can't just say "oh my sweet summer child." You know I am right, but this post is just a circlejerk about a woman being a bitch and attacking someone. At the very most he would get a witness to clear his name, or would go downtown for like 5 minutes until they realized they had no evidence. As much as you wanna think the world is against you for being a male, in this situation you would be fine. Also remember the cops never come into his video, we are just taking his word for it, he could be …

Well to be fair, people always believe what they hear first. He would not be in jail though. No way to prove her claims, and witnesses.

I heard a story where I kid was accused of raping a girl. He pulled out a video last second right as he was about to lose.

only ten minutes a day? That is rediculous. My elementary had a 10 minute recess and a 40 - 50 minute lunch.

It should be more like, whatever time he/she would have served, the accuser has to serve.

Decided to search this up and I am very annoyed now. At first I thought, whatever they are all adults. After more reading though I descovered that no organization allows men in womens changing rooms. The only organization that does states, no man may be in the dressing room during a state of undress. Also that women are also not allowed to start changing until all the men leave after their limited time period to talk to people, which women don't have when interviewing men.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
