Hello, meditation coach here. 45yo FDS OG I would recommend starting small. Don’t spend money on shit that you can master for free first. I would highly recommend ‘Breaking Beyond’ on Apple podcast or Spotify. She taught me the ins and outs of meditation. I now teach classes. You can add rheiki, crystals..etc at a later day. Mindfulness is all or nothing process. I recommend starting there before you try everything at once
