I've felt the same way since learning a martial art. Never had to use it, but I just feel more confident in general. Whats bullshit about it

Totally sad. Same way it's sad that women aren't loyal and fairytale love isn't real.

Seconded, this book is great. It's not some pick up artist fake persona bullshit, it teaches you how to genuinely express yourself without being scared, needy or weird. Read it, applied it, got a gf in time for my 21st, and never looked back.

What's with all the betas replying to this post? He didn't say he walks into people, he said he let's them move out of the way for him. Moving out of someone's way is a generally a subconscious decision based on status. You all do it and if you think OP's an asshole youre probably the kind of guy who steps out of his way.

So I have this female friend. Wouldn't bang her, but I like having her in the circle because she is always talking about her sexual exploits, is a quality wing, and feels comfortable taking conversations to a sexual level. We were discussing the size of the men she fucks and she said they were never under 7.5". She sleeps around, those numbers are not statistically possible. She told me she has great a "dick-dar" and can tell a man's size by his confidence, and the way he holds himself. Seems ri…

Give it a try man! I didn't start out in Muay Thai, I started in those fitness kickboxing classes until I was in shape enough to keep up at muay thai. The kickboxing classes are full of overweight post wall women but don't let that discourage you.

Yes it's a good workout, great stress relief, and sparring is pretty fun

My confidence has gone through the roof since I started training muay thai. My frame no longer cripples when an aggressive looking dude walks in the room because I'm confident I can defend myself. I don't have to tell anyone that I can fight, it's apparent in the way I posture myself. I've also realized that, in general, I won't have to worry about getting in a street fight with other trained fighters. Most people who train martial arts understand the massive damage they can inflict on another p…

Easy. Make fun of him for winning(or losing) whatever game youre playing, maybe a slap or a friendly punch. If he doesn't recoil in disgust when you touch him (lol), pounce on him! Unless you really are a shy virgin, you should know what happens next. I(21m) do this a lot on dates, its foolproof

Great advice. I was able to accept myself once I began to accept my all my emotions. A man who accepts, but does not succumb to his emotions is much more attractive than one who constantly denies what he feels. Denying your emotions is a fast track to becoming a depressed loser.

I found trp in the wake of a heartbreak, and I think I focused my "anger phase" toward my ex, and looked at most of redpill theory trying to decipher her actions. Once I got over the oneitis, AWALT just made sense. I wasn't angry about what I learned, just relived that I wouldn't be going through the same bluepill beta cycle of heartbreak ever again.

Ah, so we're pulling THAT card. Maybe you're right man, maybe all my anecdotal evidence means nothing. Either way, flaking isn't catastrophic to seduction unless you haven't built any attraction yet. If you flake out on a girl who is "giving you a chance," of course that's going to kill it.

I can usually read girls with low self esteem, its not that. I've read other places that flaking can result in more attraction because it shows your time is valuable and sought after.

You're speaking in some pretty harsh absolutes here. I flaked out on a girl on Sunday, her birthday, and she still slept with me yesterday. Maybe she thought my reason was good enough(it wasn't), or maybe flaking doesn't have such a huge effect. Flaking is good to avoid with anyone just to be a decent human, but its not going to "blow all seduction points."

Sounds like you did the right thing. You don't need friends like that, don't waste your time with her.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
