Imagine how crushing it would be to help your child raise their own daughter -- working, planning, taking-care-of, educating, providing-for, long-nights, early-mornings, sports/activities etc. -- and then have her grow up to be an instawhore who takes Tyrone's dick every weekend.

Don't ever tell a woman anything you don't want your entire social-circle to know. Keep the adversities you're going through or struggling with confined to yourself/guy-friends/therapists/counsellors. Any weaknesses shown/told to women will be used against you at some point in the future.

Full interview Rachel Corbett: "There are valid arguments that you raise particularly regarding the court rulings and male suicide, but don't you think that you undermine all that by making sweeping arguments about how both genders suffer in a similar way from domestic violence? I mean, aren't generalizations like that dangerous?"

My last big IT job was so stressful that I was skipping lunch because it would make my stomach sick if I ate. I know school+work and late-nights/early-mornings will be a challenge, but if I'm gonna be stressed it might as well be while I'm helping people, actually making a difference in their lives and not just while making profits for someone else's dream.

I had a background in IT networking (associate's degree) which isn't related to nursing, so the universities were looking at my high school grades... I passed HS back in the day, but I didn't meet the current competitive averages to apply. Had to spend a year + a half upgrading all my grade twelve courses (Sci,Eng,Math,Chem,Bio). Thought it would be weird being the older guy surrounded by younger students, but it was actually a lot of fun and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. (The average age of a…

Been thinking a lot about this recently... Women have eschewed themselves from traditional gender roles and sexual chastity, yet still hold and expect men to conform to their long-lived roles as masculine, alpha male before mate-selection is made.

A woman shouldn't have to drag a mattress around Columbia University to remind everyone that literally begging to get fucked in the ass does not constitute consent. https://media3.giphy.com/media/Rond7I17hEGty/giphy.gif

Saw the same one over here. Absolutely disgusting. That poor man. Falsely accused of abuse right around the time when his business was struggling -- surprise, surprise. Pay ridiculous amount of money or go to jail? 8 grand a month? Who can afford that + living expenses? Better take his driver's license and passport. What else was Jeramey supposed to do? What options was he left with? Don't get married in Canada, friends.

I found this video is extremely disturbing. Nothing Davies said should be considered remotely controversial. First video in a while that left me actually shaking my head. How completely ridiculous and maddening -- from the complete lack of rebuttals against what Davies said, to the automatic sneers/jeers/hisses/boos... I can't believe these people are in such positions of power.

The Department of Premier and Cabinet of Victoria recently posted two videos; one about how There’s Nothing Good About Dads Who Abuse Women and another about how Family Violence Has No Good Days (and by 'Family', the video clearly shows 'Man-on-Woman'), both ending with the message "Respect Women". The comments section for both videos are disabled (I'm assuming it's to avoid open discourse). Even though the majority of family violence victims in Melbourne, Victoria are female, the CSA of Victori…

She got a rational answer; "I grew up fat, and work extremely hard to maintain a healthy weight. I know firsthand how being fat wreaks havoc on your self-esteem and social presence. I would also be concerned about having a partner putting herself at risk for a variety of weight-related complications, especially in the long-term." She can either: lose weight by watching her diet and excising regularly. blame her constantly changing body image issues on the media. "How rude!"

Having a feminist friend tell me how consent is paramount, and then later tell me how she enjoyed sleeping with a married man multiple times. A long time childhood friend tells me that she's sleeping with a married man, says it's wrong, then justifies continuing to sleep with him because he's awesome and the sex is great. Met a friend for coffee, who explained that she was no longer interested in casual sex and was looking for an LTR, then later ask me if we could be FWBs on the drive home. Had …

Happened to my dad in 2000, in Alberta. Parents won't stop beating the shit out of eachother so they get divorced. Mom gets everything because. Dad loses everything and has to pay $4000+ a month for support. Dad lives in friends cold basement for four years eating canned food. Of course he can't pay; so they garnish his wages and take his work truck. Threatened him with jail time. Almost killed himself with a hunting rifle. Bitter divorce process lasts for 8 years. ugh. Currently have an older c…
