I work for an airline. Had my passport stolen and had to do some reports. You can get a same day replacement but it cost me $700+ and half my day. (Also if you lose the replacement you have a 10 year wait til you can get a new one) What she did was something incredibly careless and could have gotten her into a lot of trouble. First thing authority thinks of when a passport goes missing is trafficking.
