Patriarchy explains a lot of different things for feminists. Sometimes what they're referring to is gendered socialization. Sometimes gender roles. Sometimes institutional biases. They know about these things and would be correct if they used these words but they default to patriarchy

Fallacies are very specific and you don't meet the literal definition in this case. You have to say "no true or real feminist believes that" But you're clearly being derailing, and any variation of "not all feminists believe that" i also group in with no true Scotsman. Multiple different reasons. Sometimes used to brush off men's issues, "well yeah the patriarchy does that". I agree mostly. In practice you are exactly right. But in academia and literature not quite. I think most systems are criticized a little more honestly than we see on social media. I feel the same way. I started off by becoming a feminist around 2011, for a few years learning a lot of tools and words i actually needed to describe my life experience and that of other men around me. But feminism is guilty of the epistemic injustice it attempts to fix. It tells men they can't "define what a woman is" while it spends decades defining men. Not completely trying to downplay what you're saying but old men have told me to smile. I'm a large burly man.
