Yes all accused people who have been charged with a crime have a common law right to the presumption of innocence which is why we have courts, rule of evidence, juries etc and a high standard of proof 'beyond reasonable doubt. I have noticed over the past 18 months or so, the term 'toxic masculinity; has gone out of fashion and we now have a new rebranding exercise where its now positive masculinity. However, whichever way you want to slice and dice it, its an attack on masculinity. The way people speak and talk about the ‘gender pay gap ‘ is the problem. There is no question men and women on the whole earn different amounts over a lifetime. It’s the framing of these discussion through a power oppressor lens that is just ludicrous and pernicious. There is no ‘gender pay gap’ as a result of women being undervalued or oppressed.
