I'm no gym pro but I never do interspersed. I do one at a time (ex: 3x5 deadlift, next is 3x8 curls, next is 3x8 skullcrush, of course with a 1x10-15 warmup before each) Starting Strength is a good starting point if you never went to the gym. Else, ask anyone at your gym, and maybe they'll help if they got the time. Who knows maybe you'll even make friends :)

Very seriously start doing back exercises (deadlifts, shoulder blade thingies, etc) to strengthen your back. That's a good starting point for any problem.

The store in question is a cinema. We've been getting literally five times less people now that they're back to school/work, and I was finishing my probation period before I had a "guaranteed" job. They hired me along with around a dozen other people, most of which are also now laid off. I mean, for authority, it only put the problem somewhere else. The hating part and waiting part doesn't come from me.
