She was 18. Do you think her father started having sex with her just in this year? The girl is statistically likely to be a victim of a lifetime of abuse and conditioning. These posts of "OMG SHE LAIUR!" are pathetic. She also refused to continue with the story once out of range of Dear Dad. So she has a great deal of courage. Sympathy for those who have suffered is part of the MensRights so start fucking showing it rather than puffing up with eye-for-an-eye histrionics.

No it does not at all justify it, I agree with you there. But, forgiving it is not an attempt to get justification or make the wronged parties whole through punitive measures. Instead it's as I said, recognizing that punishing someone like her, at that hopefully lowest point in her life, is not in the character of our best aspirations.

My reasoning being that despite her being an 18 year old legal adult, her dad likely did not start fucking her on her 18th birthday. So her likelyhood of having a mentally warped understanding and panic response based on what could have been a lifetime's worth of sexual abuse, and having her abuser there with her when caught in the park, is something I as a judge would take into account. Its much a different case from someone trying to avoid getting caught cheating on their spouse.

I think that aggregation and social news was a bigger part than just "the internet" itself. These push-backs would not happen on the web of the 90's and early 2000's. There needed to be that "hey hold on, this is all bullshit!" type of mechanism coupled with crowd-pushed visibility that was not there in the old top-down style of information brokering.

I hope not, she genuinely has a deeply troubled past and that was affecting her right up to the incident. I'd not throw out the concept of someone "having suffered enough" to score gendered victories. We need that same judicial forgiveness as a principle to be applied to men as well.

Every single serial killer in prison gets lover letters. All of them. Its Toxic Femininity. Where the hell are all the soft science academics who should be filling up HuffPo with books on the topic of women-as-awful-decision-makers?

Fantastic. I'm delighted every time I see an SF cult-company do this to themselves. Please hire more of them, please let them loose internally with open mandates to cleanse everyone and everything that is not a victim from out of the company. They have no victory condition and only accelerate their own collapse. Its great!

You dont get it. You've missed the entire foundation. When you MGTOW it does not matter what crazy batshit law gets passed. Until they create a gulag system for all single men, we dont have to give a fuck. We are not involved. Invasive relationship laws have no grip on us. Sorry you wasted all that time on your dumb idea though.

Nice of her to use the notion of requiring all women rather than the normal escape hatch of "women can register if the want to". Also kudos for recognizing that the fight to end the draft only truly begins when one is subject to it, rather than trying to sunset the practice before the obligation rolls around. Nice to read about true, sometimes difficult to swallow, notions of equality.

Oh of course it is. But somehow its only the case if there are no businessmen involved and we all pretend that a bunch of fat women with dyed hair producing porn of two trans-men pegging each other is going to be a market hit if they can just get enough bloggers to shill for it. Feminists however cry and scream if you tell them that a girl working with people like Max Hardcore for $700 a scene to get piss in her eyes or with Brandon Iron to eat a softball league's worth of cum is also a feminist…

Its a re-mommying that some men do. Its perverse. I know exactly what you are describing. The men that do this have downcast eyes and communicate in mopey shrugs of teenagers. They are happy to have someone holding authority over them and are open about their need to have their wife be a mother figure. Its a comfort to then that "mom is happy with her son" when she has final say over his actions. Creepy shit.

Its called THE WALL because it is not gradual! THINK. YOU HIT A WALL. THE WALL. For a woman its the first instant when suddenly you cant bypass the line at a club, when it hits you that men have stopped rushing to open doors for you. Its that sudden halting of all preferential treatment that you came to expect so much that you never noticed it until it suddenly ceased. The. Wall.

That isn't "the wall" that is becoming a senior citizen. The wall is a mid-30's condition of a woman not having instant currency with the nightclub doormen-types of the world where much of life is a free pass simply by being young and desirable.

1) Do you think feminism has valid points as well? It had valid points. But now in a world of Laurie Penny's getting a great amount of contol over the direction of feminism, that is no longer current and we must use the past-tense. Rape culture (which, to me, means feeling entitled to someone's body without consent) absolutely exists. I disagree that that is the meaning of the term. That is not a 'culture', and the use of the word 'culture' with rape is used as a bludgeon in feminist argument. I…

No, you dont comprehend. If it were mainstream then the same ratio of men:mra would remain the same and it would simply mean that tastes have changed they same way they did for huge bushes vs. shaved vag. Everyone would still have their personal tastes catered to. Who the fuck voluntary watches Vivid Video in 2016 if lame soft-focus porn is not already their kink?
/r/MensRights23/02/16 02:17 AM
3

Uh, that's a thriving sub-genre of porn. But the mainstream will always cater to the saleable demands of the market. So if most men want to see femdom squirt bukkake, then thats what they get.
/r/MensRights23/02/16 02:13 AM

So your exposure is limited only to the female performer side then? For every 'demeaning' act a woman does on camera, there are men doing the exact same act in either gay or straight-fetish work. As long as it is voluntary and consentual, I'll never take issue with legally produced, 2257-compliant pornography made by willing, consenting adults. The real issue of degradation is people pulled into the industry due to drug habits and spousal or bad agency pressure (essentially pimping or traffickin…

Feminists have no capacity to discuss porn on an intellectually honest level. The truth is that if its consensual and legal then its neither demeaning or 'sexist'. No feminist can accept this because they want to pretend that women in porn are victims and wholly deny the lived, ongoing experiences of the multitude of women that have made great, enriching careers out of making incredibly wild, 'degrading' porn.

My problem with Hilary's rape allegations, is she defended criminals she knew full well committed rape against a 12 year old girl. That was her job as a defense attorney, and the justice system does not work unless she does her best at it. Well, I don't see any problem with that unless you think all those allegations must be true because those women said so. The problem lies in the application of the gross double standard that feminists are using. Dr. Luke should be seen as innocent as Bill is b…

Khan academy truly is the future of education, because soon its going to be the only way children will receive instruction from a male. Via the sterility of youtube. This will probably then branch out into coaching and other fields next. Your virtual batting coach is 900km away and its up to a local mom to teach you hands-on how to avoid getting brushed back by a lefty trying to prevent you from bunting.

Nothing at this point, its too fractured and factional to save. I'm just watching it destroy itself as this current college-age crop is salting its own fields as it fights. Its remarkable. They ostracize and excommunicate one another too quickly for me to ever embrace an identifiable subgroup of the movement. So then I don't need to identify as it, I'm armed with data that can gracefully rebut feminist assertions if it impinges on my private life, so for me it can stew in its own juices and rot.…

I used to have sex with a woman where I'd wear a condom, put it on correctly and not be able to cum. I'd still get frantic calls about her being late, all the damn time. Its mostly about insecurity. Its an easy 'explainable' relationship test that they can spring on you to prod and manipulate you as much as they like while holding all the cards, so to speak. It allows them a window to talk about longer-term plans, to indulge their fantasies of locking you down, marrage etc without having to brin…

I'd say the important thing is to be on the watch for your own nature and not to mock up a perfect enemy in your mind. If you understand your own motivations, how you react to incentives, your own capacity to be honest with yourself you'll be a lot better prepared for the future than rote-memorizing a laundry list of traits and behaviors.

I should have been more clear. The topic of the thread was around themes of how couples can establish consent for sexual activity in a discussion that touched on spousal rape, and withdrawn consent. The woman in question's brilliant idea that she shared as a positive way to make sure her boyfriend wasn't assaulting her first was to grip his penis out of the blue. Now of course couples do that, but the point, albeit poorly made by me, was that her brain did not even consider that her actions coul…

Husband is accused of 12 times the number of sexual assaults than "Dr. Luke" and is under oath on taking advantage of a young employee who he had codified power over as her boss in the white house. Yet Hill attacked each of his accusers in the court and in the press and now wants to bring him back with her to the white house where he took advantage of power-imbalanced young women. The surgery could take place within the next few weeks, pending the selection of a donor of the right age and skin color and permission of their next of kin. The potential stigma surrounding penis donation is one of the biggest problem for Johns Hopkins to overcome. In fact, the medical team has expressed concern that the very existence of penis transplants in the United States may discourage some individuals from donating any of their organs. For now, penile donation is strictly opt-in. That se…

Hard to track down but "Dead to the World" a short story by H A Hargreaves. Read it in the fourth grade and it forever resonated with me. It is the very core of MGTOW. A database error in a distant computer deep underground causes a man to 'die' and be ignored by the apparatus of society and go unserved by its functionaries. And its a blessed relief.

On a more personal level is how I feel as a person. I feel very ugly, not worthy of adoration, whereas most women have the idea that they are beautiful, If you can look at it objectively and not through the lens of desire, men are often more beautiful than women. They need less effort, less makeup and fewer dyes to look their best. Their faces do not 'fall' due to menopause. They stay better looking longer and are more likely to get better looking as they age. They can diverge in body shape more…

Its not curious at all. The person controlling this, Alexis Ohanian is a rabid and histrionic social justice Value Signaler who is proud that there are inconsistencies. It is important to him that there be no fairness as in his warped mind it is a net good to not hold an equal rule when 'offence' and 'safety' are being demonstrated for his community of regressive lefty San Fran shitbags.

Conversely, I'm not glad. I see a useful role for gender-segregated spaces and even trans-exclusive spaces in allowing people to gather and "be". MichFest was such a space and would have been useful as something to point to if there was ever to be an eventual, decades-long, rebuilding of private male and biological man-only spaces. How do we do it? By avoiding entire sections of the legal system.
