I recommend this book: "How to Lie with Statistics" (by Darrell Huff). It's an awesome read. I highly recommend it.

Given the choice between harvesting bone marrow and using it for artifical insemination vs. regular procreation, I'm fairly confident the overwhelming majority will opt for the latter.

To be fair, it's not impossible for a woman to be a sargeant in the military, and have Johnson as a last name. In fact, SGT Johnson would be so common, you'd have to put a random number next to it to make it unique. Of course, my first impression is that SGT Johnson wouod be a dude (like in the Halo franchise).

Assuming this is true: Ironically, pulling out a baby tooth that is barely hanging on doesn't make you tough. Deceiving a 7 year old child doesn't make you tough either. If anything this indicates that she is raising her daughter to lie, cheat and deceive in order to win arguments or favors.

College. Here's why: I used to consider myself to be a feminist. I grew up in Saudi Arabia, andI witnessed how women were treated there in the past. Apparently things have gotten better (women are finally allowed to drive, but I digress). I immigrated to the US with my parents in the early 2000's right after I graduated from high school. I was in awe of how women can join the workforce and travel freely! "This is awesome", I thought back then, and still do. I got my associate's degree at a commu…

This depends on where you live. Here in the US, I would recommend filing a complaint and contacting a civil rights attorney. Even if you file a complaint, and a legal case Durant happen, at least there is documentation of this happening, and it provides ammunition for the next victim of police brutality or misconduct. The cop who shaped you for no reason is probably a psychopath who has done that countless times before and will likely continue to do so.

A few years ago a family I know experienced a horrible tragedy. A married couple were both doctors and they have 3 daughters aged 9, 6, and 4 years old. Their mom died in a horrific car crash. I know the dad well: really good guy, down to earth, brilliant doctor, loving father... etc. Apparently, after his late wife died, a lot of women were practically throwing themselves at him, and I don't blame them: He's a good-looking doctor who makes a very good living, comes from a good family, and is a …

Strangely, I've been in a similar situation. My advice is this: Don't block her, but completely drop her. Don't confront her. Don't talk to her. Don't text. Don't call... etc. Don't even talk about her with anyone who might know the both of you. Just pretend like she doesn't even exist. If she texts you? Read the message, but leave it on read. Don't answer. Don't engage. And most importantly, keep living your life and don't get hung up on people (esp. women) like her. Any kind of response will g…

Indeed. As a guy who used to be on Facebook, I remember every once in a while, I'll get a friend request from a random girl I don't know. I will initially look at the picture and think: "I wonder who this is? Coworker? Former classmate? Acquaintance? Let's click on the profile and see." No mutual friends (check), photos with questionable poses (check), a friend-list of thousands of people, the overwhelming majority of which are random men from all over the world (check)... I suspect mental illness may be a fsctor here. Additionally, there may have been encouragement by other women. She ptobably saw how a lot of her peers got a divorce, and were enjoying their lives, so she joined the csravan right off the cliff. The reality is: Actions have consequences, and every decision comes with a price tag. Some are impossible to pay for.

Makes sense. I was thinking the Dane thing. You filter for profiles of <30 y/o, and this should exclude her because she's 42. Bait, hook and switch. That's disgusting because it's dishonest. Hence why I decided no more OLD for me.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen01/07/20 03:41 PM

If she's 42, why does her profile say 33? I never understood why anyone would do that. Back when I was wasting my time with online dating, I would see that every now and then, "Derpina 25; I'm actually 35". Is this like a bait-and-switch thing? I've had a very similar experience to this. I believe that a lot of us guys can relate to this. If you're a young man, under 25, you may not have experienced this yet, but you will in time. Time is an inevitability. It is driving us all towards the edge of the plank and through the wall. However, Father Time is the ultimate mysoginist, and is far, far less forgiving towards women. The wisest among them know this fact. They will take heed and will truly value time. Such wisdom was more prevalent …

All I know she was a longtime famous Youtuber who had a mostly comedy channel. I only found out about her because she was on an episode of Epic Rap Battles of History. I only watched one video years ago when she was talking about her greyhound puppy. Otherwise, I honestly can't judge her because I don't know much about her. I wil say, however, the comparison between the two images may indicate she's really depressed. However it looks like a typical example of before/after wall image comparison.

It's just another cringe-worthy over-embellished fluff. The hamster wheel almost broke with that one. One thing she didn't outwardly mention is how big each man's wallet is. She did not say it outright, but she implied that the first two "nice" guys were not wealthy, while the one "jerk" was probably able to "manipulate" her because he was wealthy. I doubt that they were that different from each other otherwise.

The experts in the article recommend that women date down, and men do better in education. That may help, but this is a problem of women's doing: They increase their status with an education, then refuse to date down, but somehow it's men's fault.

I am absolutely amazed by the lack of gratitude and loyalty. I guess it's not so much that she feels like she does, but the fact that she can shamelessly express that. Also, notice: They met when she was 16, and she's now 24. 8 years he put her through school, and now that she makes more money, she just wants to dump him. This may be some speculation on my part, but I think his behavior is a result of aversion conditioning. If every time he approached her she's "having a bad day" which is probably a euphemism for her dishing out abuse for no reason when he does. Why would he approach her? If you want to reinforce any kind of behavior, you have to reward it; It could be as simple as a genuine thank you, or (in this case) try to indulge in his bedroom fantasy. This has the tone of a list of demands by a bank robber being relayed to the hostage negotiator. It's not so much a problem with what she's asking for. It's the tone of it; the sense of entitlement. That was an interesting and relatively long article. Here's a direct quote: James Grifo, a fertility specialist at NYU Langone Health who is one of the pioneers of the procedure, calls the whole notion of being able to “control” your fertility — perpetuated by the media and embraced by feminists — destructive. “It’s total fiction.
