It's a self fulfilling cycle. Low value men give women free validation/monetary benefit through social media/OnlyFans, then these same women become increasingly inaccessible to them as their ego becomes inflated from the dopamine rushes of instant validation through their smartphone. As a result, these same men continuously drop their standards until they're willing to put their dick into anything that'll let them with no regard for physical or emotional attraction.

When I was really going hard at powerlifting precovid, my confidence was soaring. Nothing makes you feel more badass than loading up four or five plates on a barbell in a crowded gym. People come up to you asking you for tips, giving you props, stop just to watch you lift, etc. Extrinsic gratification from others aside, it also teaches you to set tangible goals and gives you a quantifiable indicator of progress in terms of weight added to the bar. I shifted more towards bodybuilding work after c…

A friend once put it very eloquently, "sometimes you just need to fuck something". I don't subscribe to that thought process at all. I'd rather tough it out through a dry spell than get with someone who I have no physical attraction to. To each their own though.

If you live anywhere within the US, COVID restrictions have been eased enough to not be a barrier to meeting new people. I was stuck in this mindset for a bit and forced myself out of it and I wish I did it sooner. I also live in California which had some of the absolute most stringent COVID policies in place.

If you don't have a lot of equipment at home, get a gym membership. It's way better to start off lifting at a real gym.

Depends what you mean by "care about". Just from this post, it sounds like you're the one who wants a relationship in this scenario and she's the one keeping you as a FWB. This whole fling is in HER frame. It's gonna drain your mental health if you stand by waiting for it to escalate to something more romantic and she keeps you at arm's length as a fling. Ask yourself, do you deserve to sit around as someone's back up option? I don't think so brotha.

^ This. Plus in a society that's so enamored by standing out from the crowd, they're probably a great way to peacock. In a big city like LA, you'll find hundreds of people with a Rolex just like yours. You'll be hard pressed to find someone who sat down to brainstorm with a tattoo artist and came up with a design for their sleeve just like yours. The level of personalization that comes with tats is unattainable with most accessories.

Haven't read the book but I did listen to his whole Masterclass course and it was great. Planning on picking up the book soon too.

This ties in perfectly with Jordan Peterson's Rule #2 from 12 Rules for Life. "Treat yourself like you are someone you are responsible for helping." So many boys are ready to bend over backwards to help others (especially an LTR/any woman) but don't even give thought to doing the little things to help themselves out like a real man.

He's saying that your relationship with yourself is your longest LTR and should thus treat yourself as someone important. Not that you are defined by your longest LTR.

$70k more than your current job? That could make it worthwhile if you get efficient with your time. I get the worries about not having free time, but if you have the weekends completely off you'll have plenty of time to enjoy that type of extra money

*This is not financial advice and that you should do your own due diligence before investing* My personal strategy is to build a stable base of safe investments such as S&P500 ETF's or NASDAQ ETF's. This gives you a diverse base and a good safety net. After those, I then invest in big name companies like Apple, Disney, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. These companies are household names that would disrupt all of society were they to go down. They still also have great prospects for growth. So although th…

I'd suggest making a list of "non-negotiable goals and habits" and a list of "would be great if got done goals and habits" too. You're undoubtedly not going to reach all of these goals so having a few hard-set ones that you achieve will get the momentum rolling, getting the motivation up, and push you towards achieving the others. After that, you don't have to get down on yourself for not achieving the other non-essential goals and can treat each one you accomplish as icing on the cake. Personal…
