Pretty much. I had a bad experience once when i was 16 where the a coworker made allegations so her bf wouldn't leave her. But even after she admitted she was lying, her friend who was there said she was lying, and even her boyfriend didn't believe her i still got suspended from work. (We all worked together) No smoke without fire is the general operating principle as you say.

It can go that way yes. And even if they don't go to jail the courts don't prove innocence and the reputation and career damage can destroy their lives anyway

I wouldn't say they are a burden, but i agree marriage has become a zero gain practice for men with huge downside in most states with no fault divorce and whatnot. As usual the government gets involved and ruins everything

False accusations are so common its unbelievable. I appreciate the support, we don't get much of that from women in this sub.

Just use your voice in your community to do what you think is the right thing. That's all we can ask.

Why marry when it's no longer until death do you part except in extreme circumstances? Now it's so petty what causes divorce.... "your way of saying potato irks me so I'm divorcing you" "You left the toilet seat up I'm divorcing you" Or "You slept with your secretary? I'm divorcing you even though I fucked all your friends"..."and I'm keeping the house and the dog" (That last one is really what happened to my cousin) 🤷‍♂️...well FUCK THAT SHIT!

Well hate might be a bit strong but given her opinion that every woman experiences sexual harrassment I think it's fair to assume she doesn't hold men in high regard. Plus it was only a half serious comment in the first place more meant to make you laugh than anything. Sorry you didn't get it.

As someone who was stalked by two different women I can definitely say men aren't the only creepers in the world and this proposed law is sexist and stupid
/r/MensRights01/10/21 01:18 PM

I hadn't thought about that, there must be a huge cohort of stalkers watching those feeds and some are probably dangerously fixated. Especially dangerous for the famous ones I imagine since their real names are already public

Theres a kink for every mink, you can find anything out there. Some people like to watch the overweight eat, others like old men, idk what this guys on about there are plenty of opportunities for men too if your willing to be humiliated 🤷‍♂️

Perhaps. I never tried again after I was 18 but I'm sure there's a statute of limitations if you can so its probably too late for me now

A source for what my own conclusions? It's pretty common knowledge accusers recant a lot for a variety of reasons, if you look I'm sure u could find an article on rape victims recantation rates
/r/MensRights03/05/21 03:09 PM

But I definitely agree, it won't change until false accusers start to get punished

We were both minors I couldn't even sue her for civil damages

Well honestly I cant really blame them because accusers recant all the time because they were threatened or they just don't want to go through a trial so some people just assume that's what happened, at least that's the conclusion I've come to over the years.

I was falsely accused of rape when I was 16 because the girl wanted to explain away having sex with me in front of a room full of people at a "sex party" so her boyfriendwouldn'tdump her. Me, her, and her boyfriend worked together with her best friend who was at this party as well. After she accused me of raping her I was suspended from work immediately, her boyfriend wanted to kill me, and my school was looking to expel me. In the end it was her friend and others who were there that came forwar…

Don't use Facebook or Google products if you don't want to get banned or called a liar by fake fact checkers... "fact checkers" that really are just puppet offshoots of Facebook twitter and google.

I was falsely accused when I was in my teens because the girl didn't want her boyfriend to know she lost her virginity to me willingly but it almost cost me my job since she was a coworker. For a month EVERYONE I KNOW wondered if it was true until she admitted to him I hadn't raped her. Ironically it was the boyfriend who had been threatening me and pushing her to press charges that made her confess rather than send me to prison or the cemetery. He wasn't wrong to react that way, I don't blame h…

It's far worse if your actually falsely accused of being a raping someone which also happens all the time for various reasons. It happened to me one new years eve when this girl told her boyfriend I raped her after people saw us having sex in a room. She later told the truth but trust me when I say an accusation sticks to a man like shit even if recanted or proven false.

Right, but you just know women would use some sperm bank method, imprison the fertile and seed the world they'd say...then before you know it you have 5,000 kids of there and the human race dies out anyway from incestuous devolution

The feminazi's are coming for the contents of your nutsack...how's that not your problem? Someday mandatory sperm donation will be required for fertile men and this article riddled with extinction references is just laying the ground work for that. I'm not into having a bunch of mdots out there somewhere
