2	FR From the Philippines I was there a few months ago :) Try Sonny's Inn in Sabang, it's pretty close to where you're staying. 500 pesos a night I think. White Beach is shit, Puerto Galera is a nice cozy town. Try the zip-line at Ponderosa also. If you want quality and quantity girls though, you'll have to head back to Manila, in Makati especially. Be careful with Filipina girls though, they don't simply like white guys out of aesthetics.
