2	Teeth and attraction Brush your teeth twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. If you’re planning to go out and stay out all night, then brush before you leave. It’s easy to neglect proper oral hygiene once you start slacking off, especially if you’re prone to depression (which I suspect 95% of people on this sub are) Twice a day, no exceptions, no excuses.
