Bullied at the gymI got my bench from 90-200 within my first ~8 months of training. It's pretty achievable | /r/askTRP | 26/12/18 11:14 PM
Anyone else feeling burnt out?Yeah, you're probably right, but it's difficult. I don't nessiscarly seek attention from others, but getting dates, meeting new people, shows me I'm doing something right. When it doesn't happen I feel like I'm doing something wrong. | /r/askTRP | 30/11/18 09:49 AM
Anyone else feeling burnt out?As in therapy? I haven't tried it although I've been heavily considering it. I've been reading into Stoic philosophy and some self-help books which have given me a different perspective. | /r/askTRP | 30/11/18 09:48 AM
Anyone else feeling burnt out?I hate being mediocre. Started improving myself to become better, which only made me realize that there's always someone bigger, someone smarter, always someone better. Idk why I expected results to come faster. Mainly using success with women. I've had three dates, with 2 girls in the last 2 months, and one month-ish thing with another girl. Been kind of on a dry streak the last few weeks. Kinda just demoralizes me seeing the success others have here. | /r/askTRP | 30/11/18 09:47 AM
Putting on muscle seems like it’s pretty complicated (counting macros etc). What’s wrong with just lifting and eating healthy?Putting on fat is inevitable unless you want to spend the time to plan and track every meal. A little fat gain doesn't mean much, that's what cutting is for. Just eat enough to grow and go hard at the gym. Personally, I could care less to look ripped, I'd rather look decent with minimal effort, than great with half my day spent worrying about fitness. Here's my before and after if you're curious https://imgur.com/a/KpXrPjm I'm curious what program you're running? I didn't have much success eatin… | /r/askTRP | 23/11/18 03:02 PM
Putting on muscle seems like it’s pretty complicated (counting macros etc). What’s wrong with just lifting and eating healthy?Everyone's different. I've had good results and I drink at least 3 times a week, and kinda just eat whatever i want I'm sure I could be bigger if I tracked shit but imo it isn't worth the effort. Itll be a year since i started lifting at the end of the month and rn my lifts are 285x1 squat, 225x1 bench, 320x1 DL. 5"11 180lbs | /r/askTRP | 23/11/18 07:41 AM

Should I stop gaming as a teen to improve my self? Should i stop gaming and spend more time with my parents? How should I study to get better grades? You've made dozens of the same post this month. All about information that's easily available. | /r/askTRP | 10/12/17 05:50 PM
18 year old looking for advice on how to best improve myself.I considered that. I took a joint college-highschool class for a mechanic which starts my apprenticeship and took a 3month placement from 6AM-6PM every day. I enjoyed it but physical labour isn't something I'd want to do my entire life. A lot of the mechanics at the shop I worked said trades are great for cash but by 60 your body will be fucked. It's definitely an option but right now I'm looking at something involving computers. | /r/askTRP | 10/11/17 03:24 PM
18 year old looking for advice on how to best improve myself.Minimum wage is fairly high in Canada. After the January 1st wage increase I'll be making around 45K a year before taxes. I'm on track to go to school debt free which is what I've been aiming for. | /r/askTRP | 10/11/17 03:21 PM
18 year old looking for advice on how to best improve myself.Literally the exact same my friend. My job is pretty much walking for 8hrs to according to my phone I usually clock between 8-10Miles a shift. I find it really difficult to eat enough to compensate for that. | /r/askTRP | 10/11/17 03:19 PM
18 year old looking for advice on how to best improve myself.Yeah because of my job I walk roughly 10miles a day. I really need to focus more on eating, because I doubt I'm clearing 2K calories a day. Might consider trying some of that whey powder or something similar. | /r/askTRP | 10/11/17 03:17 PM
18 year old looking for advice on how to best improve myself. This is truly great advice, I've gone through it multiple times. Thank you | /r/askTRP | 10/11/17 03:16 PM
