1	Control your Subconscious Mind As a 52 year old barely reformed bp man, I can vouch for the absolute truth of the power of bp conditioning. I found myself more or less automatically committing this evening to continued contact with my ex ("let's go to the movies with our 11 y.o. once a month so she sees we have a healthy ex-spouse relationship and can heal!") when continued contact with the ex is entirely toxic for my state of mind.
