I am also paying down some personal debts. I financed an older home in September 2011, and plan to save up some money to remodel some things. I’m 42 and I’ve been engaged three times but never got married. Lol. Got spooked every time. I unfortunately went through a phase where I spent a ton of money on strippers. I regret that now.
