I know weight loss is majority diet. But if someone is busting ass at the gym chances are they are eating better too. Someone who goes to a lifting gym and then takes one of the like 4 rollers/yogamats just wants to say they "work out a lot".

This one hits me right in the balls, I really like Rick and Morty but episodes 302-304 had a different tone and were not as great. 303 (Pickle Rick) was the best out of those 3 but it still wasn't amazing. There is nothing wrong with working full time, though college also depends on what you are interested in doing (like for technical medical fields you need a degree). My suggestion would be to try ROTC or a military academy. That way you have a guaranteed job after your free college. If you are adverse to the military working 1 year then reconsidering is fine, it was the best thing for this one guy I know.

This isn't really MGTOW it is just how to make the most out of high school. For me high school was a long, boring grind. If you feel it is the same way just tough it out. Grades barely matter freshman and sophomore year. What does matter is your overall GPA so unfortunately you have to keep up your grades. I found when I was feeling suicidal working out helps. Just make sure you have a goal. Since you're in college joining a workout club like kickboxing could be good. You are forced to socialize but its working out so you can always just put in earbuds if you don't want to be bothered. Since you are also improving your body and fight knowledge you don't feel stagnant and get less depressed.

I've been there with the lack of motivation thing. Here is my advice: Keep looking for work other than your dad's place, it will make you feel more independent if you get a job elsewhere. It is a problem with younger men too. I was hanging with this group at the beach but this girl forgot to bring her volleyball. Since that is the only thing to do at that beach I said we are going to a different one.
