4	My college is making me take a Feminist coarse and I am struggling. Just don't add fuel to any fire. Many of us went through the same thing. Pick your arguments carefully. Don't challenge the numbers ie 1 in 4. Make logical arguments that appeal to common sense. 1	Hundreds of colleges had zero rape reports in 2014. And that could be worrisome. The article talks about Cal State Long Beach. It is a commuter school more than anything. 2	If a man is NOT on the birth certificate, can he demand a paternity test to prove that he IS the father for custody rights? Can you provide more info? It may vary from state to state but there is a presumption that the father is the husband if the mother is married. Now logically, this sounds absolutely insane but I don't know all the circumstances involved. You exhibited physical signs of consent (ie: erection) and physical signs of non-consent ( you didn't participate or respond). 1	Corporation law solution to marital asset division? This is why you avoid probate court (where such issues of estate distribution would go) by getting yourself a Trust and Pour over will. If you talking about distribution of marital assets at divorce, that is family court. An ante-nuptial agreement would be what you want if you were trying to treat it like a corporation, this is because you decide how assets will be distributed prior to divorce.
