Everytime I go to the gym, I make it a task to say something in passing to at least one cute girl. I like your shoes, it's hot today, you're really strong, don't hog the dumbells, etc. Every other time this leads to a mini conversation. This adds up over time, and grows comfort that your not a creep. After four or five times get that number.
