My thoughts on Trusting The Process to overcome anxiety, depression, and raise self-esteemNo I haven't. I just bought the book after hearing Julien's review of it, and those points made so much explicable sense that I've been moving forward with them anyway. I'm finishing up a philosophy book now, and then I'm going to read Tony Robbins' Unlimited Power and then 6 Pillars. After THAT I've got How Successful People Think, by John C. Maxwell. | /r/seduction | 22/04/16 10:24 PM
Are there any guide lines or simple unwritten rules that men can passively announce they are single in everyday activities?I would get a large 4" pin made (you know, like a presidential campaign pin) that says "I'M SINGLE AND HORNY." Make sure it is boldly colored, and wear a white shirt so it stands out. Good luck. | /r/seduction | 22/04/16 06:59 AM
I just started doing it after a year of just reading and I'm surprised by how much views are changing day to day.Good job getting out there man. Keep getting out there, and remember, the only criteria for success is that you're trying. Keep taking honest looks at yourself and what you're doing, that way you can keep improving. But focus on YOU. Know what YOU stand for on things and why YOU know you are a good person and deserve to be happy. Always keep coming back to yourself and how you feel in your body as your grounding and the source of your happiness. You're happy and relaxed no matter what. Then you … | /r/seduction | 22/04/16 06:51 AM
Question: How to get at someone that just seems impossible. She's not better than you. That's in your head. She's just a person. Remind yourself of that all the time. | /r/seduction | 22/04/16 04:37 AM
Question: How to get at someone that just seems impossible.Read The 6 Pillars of Self Esteem by Nathaniel Branden. Take responsibilities for your failures and make small progressive steps every day. Consider yourself succeeding for being brave and being yourself, not for getting numbers/lays. | /r/seduction | 22/04/16 04:35 AM
Quit bein a little sandy vagina'd bitchNice, dude. That's how I've gotten a free audiobook or two in my day. I think I've done that a couple times, actually. That book is pretty interesting. I think that guy is a neuroscientist, and he literally breaks down some of the chemical changes in the brain from consistent formal meditation practice, and how it can roll out into our daily lives. He pretty much breaks down everything. Hope you enjoy it man. Honestly, I think we both know it, consistently calming our minds and focusing only on … | /r/seduction | 22/04/16 03:32 AM
Quit bein a little sandy vagina'd bitchI appreciate the comments, man. I wasn't really angry at myself. I was pumping myself up, like a drill instructor. I'm the kind of guy, who when somebody says "don't be a bitch," it motivates me to man up. A lot of times I can actually be pretty smooth and carry myself pretty well, but more often than not, I just have taken the easy way out for far too long. I read Mark Manson's Models and other related theory about being honest and doing only what you are truly inspired to do as a man, but if y… | /r/seduction | 19/04/16 12:39 AM
Quit bein a little sandy vagina'd bitchJust been milking the whole keyboard jockey thing for too long and making excuses. I had an okay time socializing with my neighbor earlier, I was feeling a pumped up moment with some music, these words were coming to me about thoughts about my life, and I decided to make a seddit post about it. I have a bit of social anxiety, and I work from home, and I don't get out too much. I'm pretty big into a lot of other self-improvement areas, but I've always kept hitting a wall when it comes to getting … | /r/seduction | 18/04/16 05:43 AM

It's Who You Are Being. NOT What You Are Saying.I agree. It's all about presence. I feel like lots of meditation and always focusing on what I'm doing in the moment needs to be goal number one for me. | /r/seduction | 05/04/16 10:29 PM
It's Who You Are Being. NOT What You Are Saying.Yeah, I feel like inner game is everything. A lot of the things that have to do with inner peace and going with the flow from Buddhism are crucial. Being penetrating but non-needy. I know this stuff, but I have SO much growing to do. | /r/seduction | 05/04/16 02:23 PM
It's Who You Are Being. NOT What You Are Saying.This. I'm almost certain that any success I have with women will come from being deeply present and loving to myself. All of my bravery to go out, all of my attractiveness, will come from learning to feel complete with who I am, and then expanding and sharing that completeness with others. I'm not even talking about only with women. I feel that when I learn to love myself fully and share that with others, the success with women will come more easily once I put effort there. | /r/seduction | 05/04/16 04:34 AM
Seduction Is Fight ClubYeah, and if you phrase it that way, of course it sounds ridiculous. I guess I should have written more. Didn't come here to justify though. Just was sharing a thought as I was rolling out of bed this morning. I wasn't talking about Seduction the subreddit. I was talking about seduction the process. Sure, it can be done, but bringing up the idea of trying to seduce women or discussing the dynamics makes them test you that much harder. | /r/seduction | 12/11/15 07:47 PM
Seduction Is Fight ClubI've seen posts with less get more attention. The point is to not talk about seduction. I've mentioned it loosely to women, and places like Facebook. Even if you do it from a confident frame, the results have NOT been good for me. Usually it makes the process a lot more difficult. | /r/seduction | 12/11/15 04:55 PM

What women mean when they say they want a nice guy. Thanks for writing this. It makes a lot of sense. What jumped out the most at me was not having a straight face when teasing. I tend to keep to much of a straight face when teasing girls, and as a result they just take me more as just being a dick. Even though they are intrigued somewhat by my not being a pushover, the way they ultimately interpret my remarks prevents them from becoming really comfortable with me. This really hit home. | /r/seduction | 19/11/13 07:20 PM
