1	Advice on getting gym equipment for working out at home. Get dumbbells and a bench and you can do a lot... overhead press (this fucks my shoulders up with dumbbells YMMV), bench, incline bench, curls, preacher curls, tri extensions, bent over rows, squats (front or something), deadlift probably too.
