Men figured out how to remove how we dress from being a distraction from our mission. We haven't had time to adapt this mindset to women because we don't know exactly what the rules should be concerning females in the work place since the problem is so new. (50+ years is new historically).

When encountering sexists they will often support thier ideas with anecdotal evidence. By identifying the parts of thier argument which are anecdotal and asking for reserched based arguments instead they will be unable to produce results and there may be a marginal chance thier mind may be changed. If you are prepared with research based facts you stand a higher chance. For example: "All men feel entitled to women". I want to belive you, but I'm afraid your argument is anecdotal and isn't suppor…

Yes! I am relieved to hear I was of some help to you. I was afraid my message would be lost in the sea of comments. I have found in my experience as a salesman people allow propaganda to influence them because they have an internal conflict that has been left unsolved. My goal is to ask questions to get them to talk about thier conflict. I take notes about the conflict and then thank them and leave to work out a solution. Then I return with the solution and make the sale. I was surprised how eff…

I completely agree with you that it his employers responsibility to ensure a sexist free work environment, and as you so clearly stated in an earlier post it is illegal for them to ignore a report by him on the hostility she brings to the work environment. OP has every right to fight this and win as you have laid out before. However I would like to politely ask you to consider this; The time, energy, and resources that would be invested to effectively retaliate against this sexism in the work pl…

Would you be so kind as to explain why? Edit: Also I would like to add that in no way did I mention "being nice" as you have quoted me saying. I did say that he should take an interest and care, if he wants results on his work place issue.

Thank you I received that. Let me ask you do you agree that in a work environment it is of benefit to everyone when all parties can communicate effectively?

Ask her genuinely why she would say that, then listen. Most people will give you a surface level reason or explanation, and she will probably regurgitate what she learned from propaganda. Then continue to show you care and are intrested in what she has to say by further asking "Is there something more to it than that? Usually that question starts to open people up to start sharing more (not always), and I would LISTEN VERY CAREFULLY, to find the key issue that is at her heart. Whem she is done y…

What they dont realize is by enforcing "positive discrimination" they are openly admitting that either 1. Men and women have diffrent interest in job preference and choose diffrent careers based off thier biological differences. 2. The distribution of competent personal in this field is predominantly men So they need to enforce tyrannical legislation that discriminates to achieve an equal outcome of gender distribution statistics. They are prioritizing equal outcome of gender distribution over c…

She can't feel proud of her own choice to have sex she shouldn't be having sex. Men stop having sex with insecure or weak minded women that won't be proud of the wonderful intimate experience that is sex.

As a man I assess my riskes to reduce the amount of emotional labor I experiance, and that makes me feel healthier... Then the love of my life wants me to think about how much (insert source of female insecurity) is a bitch and all im trying to do is think about my (insert pleasant hobby I enjoy).

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
