6	Is there a way to not sound desperate when you ARE actually desperate Over text, make sure you are waiting to reach out after dates. Like 3-4 days. After getting her number, wait a week to text her. This is what in my opinion mature people refer to as "playing games", which gets really old. It's possible to text someone without being needy/desperate. Take a week off texting her sometimes.
