Absolutely; I'm not saying that it's not a desirable goal, just that for women to say that the sole contributing cause is male laziness is far from true, and the causing factor falls more on feminists.

I think we're speaking of two different concepts of chivalry. The concept of chivalry during the middle ages is certainly long gone, but there has still been a modern concept of chivalry, which I believe the feminists have killed with their "benevolent sexism" concepts. If women are upset that the man won't hold the door open on command, feminists are as much to blame as anyone.

The concept essentially is that, when it comes to social issues, feminism tells women what they should want and forces legislation through the system speaking for all women instead of letting women fight for themselves (and therefore invalidating their individual agency). A male feminist is essentially forcing his wishes on women.

Funny how such ideas migrate with feminism specifically. The world is easy to take when you play it like a game of dominoes, each falling one by one. I just find it amazing that there never seems to be a real outcry.

Some good points; although people generally resist such sweeping generalizations, when they are fair they are fair. I think they are the majority. What would be nice would be to see some better statistics, but I fear that with the feminist bent of most of these researchers not much will be done.

purposeful or accidental misuse of the contraceptive, and what fraction is due to actual failure of the contraceptive. You're leaving out another category IMO: negligence. While sometimes women may accidentally misuse, and some may do it purposefully, it also seems fair to say that at least some women will forget to take the pill, remember but think that it's still okay because they're only off by a bit, etc. Of course, fault doesn't really shift away from the women in these cases, however.

While true, there are some redeeming elements. You can still buy plain Legos and use those instead, and you can reuse pieces in sets even if they're meant to build something specific. I think the real sad thing here is not the non-issue of gender separation, but the very real one of the lack of imagination that these toys imply in the younger generations.

I don't hate feminism. I would have to say I do. I mean, I don't hate feminists, but from spermjackings to child support, this movement is clearly not only dedicated to putting women on a higher plane of existence, but also shoving men down as far as possible.
