She hasn't really done anything terribly bad based on your description. It seems more like she just really likes you and isn't direct about it like most girls aren't. Another path that really gave me a lot of insight was watching pickup artist interactions on YouTube. It's not really about what the PUA says there, but rather experiencing the interaction through him. It's like quarterback film study.
