Thanks tip with TWoSM, putting it on my TODO list. I have already red Win Hof's book and doing cold showers but breathing didn't clicked with me. I presume you have got positive experience with it, isn't it?

Based on description of tendonitis and my doctor's medical paper I think yes, it's tendonitis. Thanks for sharing your experience with it and pointing out 3x times workout per week. I need to reschedule my week schedule.

I have pain in my elbow and deltoid muscle. I am not refering to HIIT but to HIT aka High Intensity Super Slow Training popularized by Doug McGuff https://www.alexfergus.com/blog/body-by-science-high-intensity-training-review-my-9-month-experiment Thanks for the feedback, need to check those calories

Thanks for your feedback, made me really thinking... Regarding MRP I am mainly focusing on mental aspect and leaving physique behind (because of fear, lazyness). My lifting is none - mostly working with 40kgs weights on machines. My thoughts were that I should start right away, learn during the process and get better as I go. "You have to decide if your body is important to you" Right on spot - right now I don't prioritize as you guys. More stuff to think about...

Thanks for the advice about more lifting, I need to rethink it considering my injury and time management (I had hard time to fit event two gym sessions now). Regarding calories nutritionist seemed confident not to go beyond 2500, will need to recheck.

My plan is to spend some quality time with him and utilize this situation to teach him a couple of new things. Work: Last week was very stressful. I realized that even though I managed to calm down way faster than I used to, it bothers me that it had such an effect on m…

In my case I needed to announce my leave first - my project is heavily dependent on me that I will be leaving it 4+ months (boss would like 9). It's not normal in my country, but my industry allows it.

Reading your description reminded me my experience. Consider not devoting all day to your kids, you are there present but escaping in your mind. Leave them be by themselves, my older one found passion in listening audio books (which improves his vocabulary), reading some comics or just wandering. Postponing all your tasks after. you put them to bed will drain all your energy. Also consider letting join your kinds with your activities/duties. It will take 3x times more time, but your teaching the…

Thanks for pointing that out. I do not have any solid plan regarding my physique besides running twice a week. I should have a plan (or at least first few action steps) till next report.

OYS #6 Stats: 36y, 180cm, 82kg, BF 21% (navy) Family: Wife 38y, 2 kids (7&4yo), together 11y, married 7y Books: NMMNG, MMSLP, WISNIFG, SGM I am writing my OYS after a year so these thoughts are more like a summary and retrospective of what had changed since last report. Family: Last year my younger son was diagnosed with autism. We kind of sense that something was wrong before but the fact changed a lot. At that time I was embracing stoicism and this was an ultimate test for me whether I succeed…

On top of that I got food poisoning and spent most of the time eating minimum food. I decided to firstly kick back eating habits (I have been watching calories for 1.5 months) this week I am starting with running again. Social: Lockdown is still everywhere so we physically saw only our closest neighbours. Besides that I am being active …

I have chosen resting so no lifting. It sucks but I can focus more on health exercise I was told from the doctor. With this in mind I am watching my calories, keeping away from any cheating and directing my thoughts to other areas. Before stopping with lifting completely I manage…

Can you explain why this contradicts? I am having problem with my elbow so I am nowadays running and working on abs, yet relaxing arm as much as possible (oils recommend from the doctor, he also allowed running is no issue).

I really need to wait and watch these sensations few more days. I lost 12 kg (26pnd) in last three months and right now focusing on building muscle so my body can struggle with increased protein/fat per day (now aim for 150g, 120g fat) and needs to get used to that...

Good point, thanks for pointing that out. The thing is that this pattern is appearing repeatedly so I am indirectly trying to avoid listening same issue over and over. I think this issue is deeper than I though and need to wrap my head around it.

Has her behavior changes in last few months? Have you considered a possibility that she just talk with her best girl-friend and she told her how great anal could be so she gave it another add shot? She could just tried to spice things up because she starts to feel bored in bed/life.

Here lies my biggest challenge, to unfuck the last 20 years of my beta-life. I have created a regular time frame for weekly reading books mentioned in the sidebar (created a recurring task in my app, place a slow in my calendar to have it visible). Made a rule that every book I like from 101 is not for only one reading but two at least I created my own doc with notes for easier reminder of those concepts I love from 101 books Visually remind myself that I have stepped into new era of my life (ch…

I don't understand what I should pick and explain. Does this relates to your question about feeling like a real man?
/r/MarriedRedPill23/09/20 07:29 PM

Your question really struck me and leave me wondering, thanks man. My honest answer is, till discovering MRP I have never felt it. After reading NMMNG I better understand what I was doing. Creating a mental model of some goal I choosed because I felt it's what I am suppose to do (study university, find a women, have kids). The best part is that I now I know that there is noone to blame but me. Nobody told me that I should do it, I decided that. After achieving all those "goal of others" I told m…

I discovered MRP approx 4 months ago in some bullshit article criticizing MRP. Article did the exact opposite of what author planned, forcing me to create an account and starting to read forums heavily. From the very first moment I was hooked. Bio: I was (and stil…

You have two options: A) You will follow your dick and probably destroy your marriage. I don't know you, but i don't think neither you neither your wife will hold healthy attitude towards your relationship. I just hope that your kid will be a girl so that it won't became another NiceGuy trying to be opposite of his father. B) Drop porn, drop fapping. Read essential books in the sidebar and maybe realize that your whole sex urge is just a covert seek for validation.

1) You continue your speech with raised voice without any sign of anger or discomfort. 2) You immediately interrupt her with "I didn't finished yet" sentence with firm voice.
