Do you have any proof of that? Because the data I cited was from 2003-2009, as noted by Lonsway, Archambault & Lisak (2009). If you'd actually bothered to read the original source you'd know that. I didn't deliberately choose the lowest study, I went looking for data, found a metareview that cited a number of methodologically rigorous studies, cited them and explored the data underlying them, provided alternate perspectives and gave a bibliography.
