solve obesity problem in 1 go: if you can't take care of yourself, you go to obesity prison. You aren't allowed to leave until you lose enough weight to be able to take care of yourself on your own. women to stop being educated - at least during their fertile years. I'd make it different, men have to go to war, women have to give birth and give the baby to an older couple. This would make all the children have benefits of healthy birth and all the benefits of older and well educated and settled parents If they complain about having to make babies, allow them to go to war instead.
