This has been my exact experience with feminism.

I honestly feel like you can only be treated like an object if you let yourself be. I've been there too, the loving compassionate guy, and got walked all over. Setting boundaries, communicating your desires and realising that no one is entitled to special allowances from you unless they earn it is important. More important however is the ability to walk away from people who don't respect your desires. This is true not just in love, but in life

People underestimate how DIFFICULT dating is, and then seek some higher power or new ideology as a quick fix for their problems. There is no quick fix. Think about it for a second. You are trying to convince A COMPLETE STRANGER to commit their time, loyalty, resources and emotions to you. It's a big ask, a huge one. Which is why it only ever works when that person is on the same wavelength as you. Now with almost indefinite numbers of iterations of experiences, genes and cultures that make up a …

Cultural differences? Idk I'm also not from the US but different people from different places will naturally act differently. Maybe US cultural norms encourage the behaviour your describing for whatever reason. That being said, one of the reasons that woke me up to the BS of the Redpill was how Americanised it was, though it claimed to be. Women from my side of the world acted on average differently than those described by redpillers, but if I'd come on to forums on talk about it, I'd get hit wi…

I came for advice on my relationship and I got an interesting take on life philosophy. Thanks for this. You've actually given me something to think about in terms of the direction I want to take in life. I'm always wondering how many of the dreams and desires I want to pursue are based on what will actually make me happy, or what would make capitalism happy. Do I want a mansion, 7 supercars and a Stacy on my arm? Or do I want to make a positive and lasting difference, live comfortably with the l…

This is a very well articulated point. Many thanks

I agree there. The so called female nature is often just human nature. I'm still learning how to separate myself from the notion of "this happened because women are like this" to "this happened because this particular person is like this" If anything, I feel as if TRP allows shitty people who happen to be women to get away with a lot more

I feel your pain. I was keen to make a conscious effort to build new connections this year and it was going well till, well, Covid. But I've sort of just learned to be alone. I don't want to make friends for the sake of just having them cause the notion feels off to me. Now I just do my thing and enjoy the people I encounter and have fun with them as they are and as I am. Now I find I can be just as happy by myself as I am with other people. One thing you should be more intentional of is network…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
