Never said it applies only to men. And yes that is sexual assault. This is a combination of toxic homophobia, the assumption that men must be the ones who pursue women. The rules are actually quite easy to understand. If your partner asks you to stop than stop. Read reactions and always look for verbal or visual cues of enjoyment. Ask questions, "Do you like this? By and large there are not instances of false accusations and the online view around Depp is of support. Regardless of if it comes from the left and the usual supporters of Me Too. But you now want to use this one instance of Amber dragging Depp as a way to demonize all women. That women are somehow just after their man's money or that they always lie.
