Non-smoker No tattoos No excessive drinking No excessive swearing No keeping an army of backup men Somewhat submissive (my relationships have been much less stressful with this structure) Has a low enough partner count that she still associates sex with love. Is okay with me "opening up". An incredible number of women get viscerally turned off by this.

Remember, if she's fucking half the town and you call her on it, it's slut shaming. But if you're seeing multiple women, you're a scumbag player or a fuckboi.

I went to Ezekiel Elliot's first high school football game. We had all been hearing the hype for the first couple weeks of school, and I'm thinking, "man, this guy is 15 years old, no way he's going to be that much better than the guys that are seniors." First carry, and it's like he's shot out of a fucking cannon. No one on the defense even lays a finger on him. That same year, the dude broke practically every sprinting record in the state. And then subsequently broke every single sprinting rec…

May I ask, why long distance running? If that's what works for you, then go for it, but man I think it's the most boring shit. Give me sprints or battle ropes for cardio any day of the week over that shit.

Incels was shut down because some of their members were harassing and catfishing women in real life, posting videos of it on the subreddit, and the moderators allowed that shit. As long as our moderators don't allow that type of behavior, and I haven't seen any indication that they do, we'll be just fine.

I think "man test" is a more accurate term than "shit test". In other words, she's testing you to determine how much of a man you are.

Excellent post. The one point I would disagree with is that women and men are equally complicated. I find men to be relatively straightforward, while women are much more complex.

Sex is not 100% for the man, and you know that. Stop trying to rationalize away the fact that sex is mutually beneficial for men and women. Yes, I can't speak to your personal experiences, but in the vast majority of relationships and marriages, the woman will reap economic windfall.

How to you figure that men get more out of relationships than men? 95 percent of the time, the woman is getting the better deal. Financial security and emotional security. Yes, the man is getting sex, but so is the woman.

I pulled myself out of depression with this sub. I had just been cheated on for the third time in my life, and came looking for answers. Three girlfriends, three cheaters. Each time with a guy that I couldn't understand the appeal. This subreddit changed my fucking life.

However, if you lurk here, you'll find that those comments are always downvoted and then quickly deleted. As a personal aside, I want CNN's visitors to know that TRP changed my life. I'm assuming you're a girl. You are the passive gender. You don't have to take the initiative in order to get laid. It's different for men. If we're passive, our chances of getting laid are actually zero.

A 16 year old, who has lived at home their entire life and had everything provided to them by their parents, will not trust their friends' advice over their parents. The level of trust between parents and their child is forged from birth. Please take a step back and reconsider your view.

It's not Madison from math class that tells us this shit from a young age - It's our parents and immediate family. You know, the people that we trust more than anyone else in our lives. We're not ignoring the existence of the beefcake actors. We simply put more weight into the opinions of our family, than we do into the opinions of movies.

Dated a girl for 18 months in college. Found out she was fucking my friend. Depressed for a long time - no dating for 6 years. Finally start dating last year. Meet a girl who tells me I'm exactly what she's looking for. 2 days later she tells me "exactly what I'm looking for.... in a friendly way." Meet another girl who I really like and start dating. Find out she has a boyfriend. Basically, it took me 3 times of getting knocked down before I finally found some answers, in the form of TRP.

This is the most stereotypical woman response I have ever seen. Indirect communication and using melodramatic terms to elicit a response from those who listen to you. "He bullied me into the date," lmao how ridiculous.

It's a catch-all term used to describe anything done by a man they didn't like. It's like the term 'bullying' -- it's used frequently to describe a situation someone doesn't like, so they need a melodramatic term to draw attention to themselves.

I was in the exact same situation as Louis CK last year. Started feeling up a girl in the back of my car, and she fucking slaps me. Being a dumbass, I apologized for misreading her signals. She ended things with me a few days later saying it was unattractive that I apologized, and that I should've just gone for it. What in the fucking hell? I've actually thought about this a significant amount prior to finding this subject, more in the context of, "what do I wish my parents had told me about how to attract a woman?" Ignore dating advice from women. Most of it is "be nice, be yourself, be respectful, yada yada yada." That isn't the way the world works. Be a little arrogant. Act a little dangerous. Say less, not more. Ignore the media that tells you that your masculinity is toxic. Women want a masculine man. Do not let a woman play g…

The golden rule is to maintain a calorie deficit. The easiest way to do this is through intermittent fasting. Other than that, eat high protein foods and complex carbs - they'll make you feel significantly more full than other foods. If you have a decent amount of muscle already, end your lifting routines with 10 to 15 minutes of HIIT. Sprints or battle ropes are what I usually do, but there are tons of options.

I've been best friends with this guy since middle school and I'm 28. I was the best man at his wedding two years ago. I'm telling you, ditching my friends is not an option, nor do I want to. They do not bring me down, generally. They're just blue pilled to the max.

I have an extremely blue pill group of friends. These are my very close friends, and ditching them is not an option. As an example, this past weekend, my best friend and his wife went out to eat with my girlfriend and I. I told my girlfriend to eat up, because she's a twig. My best friend and his wife told me I was being condescending to my girlfriend. Later, I used the word "chick" in a sentence to describe a woman we all know. Man your story is eerily similar to mine. Dated a girl for 6 months. We were introduced through a buddies wife, so I figured there was some level of vetting that had taken place for my buddies wife to set us up. Turns out, for the entire six months, she was still with her "ex" who knew nothing of my existence. I called her out on it and she called me a stalker. I didn't respond and I never heard another word from her. That's when I started reading TRP. Bitches be fucking crazy.

A better experiment would be to make two profiles with the same pictures. One profile says, "I'm hard working, respectful, looking for the girl of my dreams, etc." The other profile says, "I'm a bit of a bad boy. I've had a couple run ins with the law. Your friends won't like me and your parents won't like me." And see which one gets more matches. I'm certain the 'bad boy' profile gets more matches. This would go a long way into disproving the societies narrative that women like nice guys.

I'm guessing your opinion is the extreme minority. Yes, I do it for the aesthetics, partially. I also like the way my body feels when I'm in shape (the mental clarity), and I actually enjoy lifting. I screwed up a relationship with a girl exactly for this reason. I had been indoctrinated into getting enthusiastic affirmative consent through years of reading stupid fucking internet articles but not actually practicing any of my skills in the real world. Was in the middle of hooking up with a girl, asked her if she definitely wanted this, and it killed the mood and she changed her mind. Enthusiastic consent is a nice theory but does not work at all.

It depends how fat you are to begin with. If you're really big, you could be that aggressive if you want. Personally, I can't do that big of a calorie deficit. It is not difficult to lose weight. Figure out how much you're eating right now, in calories. Subtract 500 calories per day from that. You'll drop a pound a week. Use coffee to stave off hunger. Use HIIT and full body workouts to boost your metabolism. Hell, if you skip breakfast in the morning and drink just coffee instead, the weight will just fall off of you, no effort required.

Was hooking up with a HB8 in February. She literally begged me to come inside of her every time we had sex. The biggest mistakes I made as a beginner were: Training too high volume (too many reps, not heavy enough weight). Overtraining (training too many times a week). Try to remember that it's not about lifting more often, it's about lifting smarter. All of these movements are compound movements, meaning they use multiple body parts. This is what you want. Your body grows when resting after lifting. If you're training every day, you will not grow properly. 3 days a week is plenty starting out. Focus on the big lifts, too. Got this one a couple months ago.... "You're too good for me." Certainly never had gotten that one before. I knew I had fucked up somewhere along the line for her to give me that line, so I asked her if she was DTF and she said no. Deleted and blocked.

Also, how old are you? This is also an excellent opportunity to learn to cook for yourself. Learn to bake (or grill) chicken. It's super easy. If you live at home still, ask mom to teach you. Otherwise Google it. It really isn't hard. But the overall goal with gaining muscle is that you need to be eating more calories than you use, also known as a calorie surplus. If you're like me and naturally really skinny, you will need a massive surplus. So just eat everything you can get your hands on. Fin…

Yes, do bench press. Personally I use dumbbells for bench and overhead press because I like the extra range of motion. I personally only use barbell for squats and deadlift, but do what your body responds best to. Also, as a beginner, try to keep your workouts short. Build up your routine over time or you risk injury. For example, on day one I would just do chest (bench, dips, flys). You can superset abs in between (do abs while your chest is resting between sets) Should take 30 or 45 mins. The …

She sounds like a piece of shit, be glad you dodged that bullet. The best thing you can do is ignore her forever. Do not look weak to her. Also, if you're a vengeful bastard, download some shit on the phone so you can see her outgoing messages, and then sell her the phone. You'll feel alot better about her leaving you once you see what kind of person she truly is.

You sound alot like me at your age (I just turned 28). I was able to transform from an introvert to an extrovert by (1) going to college, living in a dorm, meeting new people, etc., and (2) lifting. That's it - everything else happened organically. Good luck buddy, it gets better.

Your body weight is a thermodynamics problem. You will lose weight if you expend more energy than you take in. The best way to decrease the energy you take in is by eating a high protein diet. Protein rich diets typically make you feel fuller on the same amount of calories, and should help curb your appetite. Coffee has been known to have the same effect. Learn to cook for yourself and have a meal prep day where you make everything for the week. I usually do it on Saturday or Sunday and I can kn…

Turned 28 last week. The best advice I have to you is never give up your edge. She worshiped me until I made her think that her and I were equals. For most of the relationship, I generally made it known that I was better than her -- because I am better than her. Once I stopped reminding her of that is when shit went down hill.

Yeah I get told I'm pretty attractive all the time. Wanna know the crazy thing? I didn't get laid for 6 years. It's a long story, but I found out my girlfriend in college was fucking one of my friends, and it really fucked me up. She was a fucking dime man -- no one (including myself) knew how I landed her. Her cheating put me into a deep depression for at least 2 years, probably longer than that. Spent most of that time playing video games and lifting, and generally not giving a fuck about anyt…

Probably going to regret this, but here it goes. I'll probably leave this up for a couple days, then take it down. FWIW, I think I'm above average in attractiveness, which certainly helps. (At least that's what I've been told by chicks). Try not to fap to it. Obviously there were other pictures as well. Readers on here might give me some shit for this, but I saw the biggest increase in matches online after getting a few professional pictures taken. Found a 21 year old "photographer" on Craigslist and gave her 50 dollars for an hour of shooting. I went from 3 or so matches a week, to 5 a day. The results are night and day. The point I'm trying to make is that this chick went out of her way to get some nice pictures of herself taken, and ended up getting alot of attention from the opposite sex be…

I strongly disagree. One of the most useful aspects that I've taken away from this forum is that I need to be much stronger when interacting with everyone, not just women. I'm a generally very agreeable person, who grew up being a massive people pleaser. The other side of that is that I almost never got what I wanted. Recently I've changed that, and immediately noticed a difference in the ultimate outcomes in my life. My roommate's girlfriend was being a bitch a few weeks ago, and I called her o…

None of my friends, or me, knew how I pulled that shit off, but I did. I gave everything to this girl -- first kiss, first lay, etc. On top of that, she was my best friend for about a year of that. We could talk for hours about fucking anything. Then I walked in on her fucking one of my friends. It was easily the lowest point of my entire life. …

She stroked my nutsack for about 30 seconds before I was like, "alright, you don't know what you're doing, do you?" And she was like "I've never done this before." I'm moving forward under the assumption that she's telling the truth. Whether or not it's worth moving forward at all, though, is the question.

What you're saying has plenty of merit. This ultimately boils down to, is it worth the wait? My inclination is "no", but I'm in uncharted territory at the moment. What would you do?

You are correct. She has never given a bj (including me). She will probably break on this if I stick around long enough. From where I stand, I see this overall as a positive. If I'm the dude that takes her virginity, I think the chances that she cheats on me in the future are essentially zero. Is that potential upside worth not getting laid in the immediate? That's the question at hand.

She has never been anything but truthful to me, and I strongly believe that she's telling the truth about this. We were fooling around and it became clear very quickly that she didn't know what she was doing. I don't think this has anything to do with attraction, she just thinks it's in conformity with her religion.

I agree in principal. Bodyweight is a thermodynamics problem. Energy in minus energy out. HIIT increases energy out, while intermittent fasting decreases energy in. You could probably get away with only changing one side of the equation, but you're better off doing both.
/r/TheRedPill03/06/17 06:10 PM

Intermittent fasting can work, but the best thing you can do is HIIT. You can apply it to practically any workout that elevates your heart rate. Doing it fasted (combines well with intermittent fasting) forces your body to use fat as energy.

You could skip arm day to avoid looking like that guy with the huge biceps. I don't do arms directly anymore because they get comically large when I lift biceps and triceps, to the point that my clothes don't fit me any more. Replace arm day with this: Deadlift/Abs/HIIT cardio (10-15 mins). You won't lose muscle mass through 15 mins of cardio a week. I don't know how much you should be lifting as an exact amount, but do a warmup set of 5 reps, and then do 4 sets of 5 at the heaviest weight you c…

I wouldn't worry about cardio at your weight. You might be skinny fat, but that'll go away if you start lifting. And if you're doing cardio, you'll never gain weight (I would argue at 5'7" you should weigh at least 150). Fix your diet and start lifting heavy. 4 days a week. Legs, chest, back/deadlift, arms. Try to get a large percentage of your calories from protein, and eat until you're completely stuffed at every meal. On Saturdays I grill 7 pounds of chicken and eat 1 pound a day throughout t…

Don't lift for muscle or endurance. Straight strength. 5 sets of 5 on your big lifts. You will not be able to sprint for 5 minutes - you're fucking insane. I usually do 20 seconds of sprinting followed by 40 seconds of rest/walking. Cycle through 10-20 times. Your sprint should literally be a fucking sprint. Best place to do it is a long sidewalk or high school track. What's your height and weight right now? If you're naturally skinny as fuck like me, don't do cardio. Just lift heavy, eat as muc…

I've spent a massive portion of my life lifting, and I'll just say this. If you're lifting for size and strength, heavy, low rep sets are the way to go. I hardly ever do anything over 6 reps. If I can do over 6 reps, I up the weight. Same goes for weighted pullups, dips, etc. This is by far the most effective way to lift. Getting a six pack is another beast entirely. I wish people would stop asserting that political theory and sexual theory go hand in hand, i.e., conservatives are red pill and liberals are blue pill. Political theory and sexual theory are two completely different topics, and while there may be some correlation between the two, it is certainly not a high correlation. For example, I'm a pretty liberal guy, but I agree with most things discussed on this sub. And I have seen others on this sub who hold similar views to myself.

The first month is the time to capitalize. Every girl thinks they're going to marry their high school sweetheart until they get to college and realize how many new people there are. Here's what I'd do. For the next few months, put on as much muscle as possible. Go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week, lift heavy, and eat as much as you possibly can. Better yet, learn to cook for yourself while you're at it, it isn't hard. When you get to college, find a group of people that plays a coed sport where yo…

I haven't been very successful with women in my life (I'm working on this), but I have been extremely successful academically. If you're trying to memorize mass amounts of info, flashcards are the way to go. If you're trying to do something with math / physics / chemistry, straight up practice is the best method. In my experience, it's almost never "insecurity". If your inner voice is telling you something is wrong, it's usually telling you that for a reason. Out of curiosity, how old are you? You sound pretty young. If that's true, I'm envious of you. I didn't find TRP until very recently. I have a bachelors and a masters in mechanical engineering. It's true -- you won't meet girls in engineering school. Which, at least to me personally, was fucking great because there was way less drama in class. But that doesn't mean everyone in engineering school is a fucking neckbeard. Truthfully it's about 50/50. Half of the engineers have no social skills, but the other half are relatively normal people. Do dumbbell bench instead of barbbell bench. If you're naturally skinny like I am, stick to low reps high weight. If you're naturally heavier, I'd do sets of 8, but I'd focus more on cardio than weights in this circumstance. Most people on the heavier side already have alot of muscle, it's just covered by fat. Do ab workouts between sets of chest exercises. Good luck!

This happened to me literally two weeks ago. Caught her fucking around with her ex behind my back, so I ghosted her. Do you really think it's worth continuing to see her at all? Here's the other part of the story. She had been in France for 9 days. I left flowers that said "welcome home" at her place. She got home, saw them, called me saying how much that meant to her. I asked if I could come over to see her, and she said she was too tired from the 16 hour plane flight and she was going to bed. 45 mins later, I get a text from one of my friends saying that he just ran into both of them getting dinner.

I know what's wrong here -- I know I have my own issues and I'm working on them. That's why I'm here. I can admit my own shortcomings and desire to work on them. Edit: What bothers me the most is that, early on in our dating, she went on this big rant about how disrespectful our generation is when dating (I'm 27, she's 24). It made her seem genuine. To see her turn around and do this really bothers me. I know it shouldn't bother me this much, but it does. I'm working on it.

Drive a nice car and dress nice. Don't let them know exactly how how well off you are, but make it known that you're doing fairly well for yourself without explicitly saying it. Also, get your ass in the gym. When I started college I was 5' 10" 130. That year I did nothing but study and lift. My 2nd year in college, I had grown an extra 2 inches and I was 175 pounds of solid muscle. All of a sudden girls were all over me. That shit makes a big difference.
